As a General Contractor, I used Window World to do some window replacements on a customer's home from a hail storm. Window World was very professional, communicative, punctual, and performed excellent work. Both myself and my customers were more than pleased with their services. Would highly recommend.

Do not ever give these people your phone number. They will never stop harassing you. Months after I requested a quote (which they never gave) I'm still being harassed.

While the frames initially installed had to be replaced, all the men and women I spoke/interacted with were friendly and professional.

When they realized the frames needed to be reordered, quality control and management stayed in touch to make sure I was happy with the unexpected change in service

Carlos and his crew arrived promptly when they said they would and began their work right away. I was amazed at how quickly and carefully the crew was able to install 20 windows! Carlos was very considerate- politely asking if they could use one of our ladders, asking for permission to temporarily move part of two palladium shutters to more effectively install two windows, cleaning up after the installation, and thanking me for giving them Gatorade on this very hot Texas day! The windows look great and Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job installing them!
