Chad Wilkins sold us new windows (27) to replace the original windows on our home. His sales approach was no pressure, just the facts. The installation team - Javier and his competent crew - did a great job on the 2 1/2 day project. We very much appreciate our dealings with Window World.

Ingemar Anderson was our consultant, and he did a great job. No gimmicks, he was honest, answered our questions, and didn’t pressure us for a sale. We believe in the product we purchased and look forward to see the windows installed.

December 2022 compared prices for hurricane window replacements. Set an appointment with Chad at my home to discuss Window World hurricane windows. Chad was not one of those pushy salesman. He was down to earth, explained in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done in preparation for window installation. After listening to all Chad had to say, I purchased Hurricane double pane windows to be installed in my home. Once my windows arrived, Window World scheduled installation for arrival between 8 am to 9: 30 am. A three man crew arrived by 8 am - Javier, Henry and Jose. They wasted no time. They worked in sync like clockwork. All three were professional, courteous and respectful. Cleaned up all around and left no mess. The windows look amazing! I highly recommend Window World.

Installed a 12 ft, 3 section patio door. The installers (John &?) were so nice, professional and very tolerant of my 90 y/o dad's long-winded stories! Love the beautiful doors and screens.

Matthew came out to replace a hurricane impact window. Very professional and courteous as always. Have been dealing with Window World Tx for several years in maintaining our impact windows and sliding doors in working order. Always on time and responsive to our questions with prompt service when needed. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Team changed out 16 windows in one day. Did a beautiful job, didn't damage any walls or sills, smooth caulking all around in same color as windows, left almost 0 glass slivers behind and took old windows with them.

I just have to tell ya'all about my experience today with Chad at Window World. I had all new WW windows installed about 4 years ago. I was cleaning a window and it fell out of the track and there was no way I was getting it back in. Near tears, I called WW service during their lunch hour. Chad, a salesman, offered to help me. He came within a few minutes, put it back in track and gave me tips for the future. No charge! What an amazing experience!

Mathew was on time, actually ahead of schedule. He is professional & his service work is stellar. Mathew is my go to technician to repair my hurricane windows.

Had a gentleman come by about a month ago for an estimate to replace a patio door and windows. I never heard back from them. I never received the estimate. My daughter and her husband build and remodel homes and told me they had the same experience. Must be bad management.

We first dealt with the sales person giving us the wrong information in February 2021. We had to call the office several times to get the right quote. Eventually, we had to call the owner in order to clear everything up. After not hearing from them for several months, they contacted them in August to see if the windows ever came in. Apparently they had been already shipped and no one bothered to inform us. While we have no complaints about the installers, we continue to be in limbo about our remaining windows. One of our windows was broken during the installation and another three were ordered wrong. Also two of the windows have some kind of stain on them. We Continue to try and contact the office with no response. I would not recommend them for anyone. We are still dealing with them as of December 2021,

I called Window World to get an estimate on a window I needed to get repaired. They only do full replacements, but Kristen the Receptionist/ Admin.went over and beyond the call of duty to connect me with other window companies that could assist me even though Window World couldn't. Now if that's not customer service at it's finest I do not know what you call it! Highly recommend window world great people and Superior Customer Service. Thanks Kristen!

The guy who answered was very rude. He started off by telling me what I needed would be very expensive as if I couldn’t afford the service.

Professional and honest sales personnel. We appreciated his thorough presentation and comprehensive knowledge when we asked questions. Waiting for our windows now, wish they were here, but we well understand production time.

Had window replaced under warranty. Matthew Checked all other windows and found a second window that needed replacement. Matthew was Thorough, professional, and polite. Since this was started during a sale of the home, and finished after we took possession, he took a few minutes to give us a quick tutorial on features and operation of our windows. I have already recommended Window World to a couple of friends doing remodels.

Kristin in the office is also an asset to this company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and followed through on all tasks.

Trevor came over to give me an estimate for windows in my townhouse. He was very professional and very friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns. So far I give ya'll 5 stars based on Trevor's initial visit.
