I have never been to a doctors office where everyone…. I mean everyone looks happy to work there. From the girls at the front desk to the nurses in back. Not to mention the doctors. They are quick to respond to calls and even quicker to be called in during a visit. I just want to say thanks. I have been a patient for over 15 years. Xoxox LT

I hate write negative reviews but I must.
Me and my wife schedule an appointment 3 months ago with a Venezuelan physician, unfortunately we was not told as new patient we had to be there 30 mins prior, we drove from Katy just to be able to have a Doctor from our Country.

We were told by the front desk my wife’s appointment had to be rescheduled. The appointment confirmation didn’t show we had to be there 30mins prior, nor the reminder.

This is only to fill out paperwork, which for me it doesn’t make sense to lose to new potential patients.

Dr. Vera has been my doctor for a few years now. He is very thorough and cares about his patients. His nurse Martha is very professional. I recommend him 100%.

The doctor refused to see me for a wellness exam/physical because I'm not an "established patient" even though I saw Dr. Pondt in 2018 at this clinic. Recommended I go to Urgent Care. Seems you have to be sick to get in anywhere. So frustrating!

I have loved this office and staff, however the lack of help lately is absolutely terrible, Do you not staff enough to answer the phone. Apparently your office is always closed and I cannot even get a receipt that I asked for upon leaving the facility, however I was told to call back later and get it but sadly you are always closed and do not answer the phones.

There is a new doctor and I love him! Dr. Francisco J. Vera truly cares about his patient's problems. His staff makes it easy to get prescriptions.

From the moment I walked in to this practice, I have been treated with kindness, and respect. Kathy Tang literally turned my day around with her care. Mia Torres made me feel instantly at ease in a new practice. Dr. Mazzei is kind to her core, skilled, and made me feel taken care of. She made great suggestions and really listened. What a gift you all give this community. You truly care like family.

This is the worst doctor's office, would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ABANDONED AS A PATIENT. We have been trying to call the office to get a prescription refill for 2 days, called the office at least 10 times each day all during business hours and every time we got an automated message saying the office is closed. Had to use their "after hour" operator service to leave messages for the office, even when we called at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm. Got the operator 2-3 times and the office has not called back. HOW ARE YOU RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS? ! WHAT IF YOUR PATIENCE NEEDS LIFE SAVING MEDICATION THAT YOU WILL NOT RESPOND TO OR CALL BACK?

I found Dr. Vera by going through the long list of doctors available through my insurance and going online for reviews, which he had good ones. Dr. Vera didn’t disappoint. He takes the time to talk to you and understand what your experiencing and you don’t feel rushed. Will be keeping him as my son’s primary care physician

The office was right on time. Dr. Mukherjee was personable. He took time to listen to all of my health concerns. He recommended ideas to find cheaper prescription prices.

Dr. Mazzei and her nurse are very kind. They care about the patients and I felt very well attended by them. Thanks and congratulations!

I have been visiting Windrose family medicine for two years and absolutely love it. Starting with the front office staff, everyone is lovely, greeting you with a smile and providing excellent medical services. Dr. Vera is fantastic, and I have had a great experience with his staff. Martha Moreno is very helpful, listing patiently and following up with my medical needs. As a chronicle diabetic patient, I greatly appreciate the care I receive from them every time I visit. Kathy Tang at the medical office has been fantastic, helping me get the information I need, and Nanette Morin. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and support I receive from every one of them. Overall, it has been a great two years, and I look forward to many more years of visiting this clinic and getting the care I need—a great team.

Dr Mukherjee is the best doctor I have ever visited. I try too stay away from any doctor, but when I have to go see one, he is the best!

Dr. Vera is a good Dr.and he is the only reason I have returned. The front desk staff sees you as as number, it is obvious. If you call, they rarely return the call until a few days later. The only thing you can do it go there in person and wait until they get your question answered.

They overbook the lab area every time I am there. I usually schedule for 7: 30… what they don’t tell you is they have schedule 10-15 others at that same time. I scheduled it at that time so I could make it to my work by 8-8: 30. Lesson here is give them an hour for labs because it isn’t a quick in and out. Very unfair to their lab employees which have e been very good.

Lastly, they are still requiring masks. Really!? !? This is the only place I know of in the area that does this. We have been to a couple hospitals, urgent cares and a surgery center which none have required a mask now. Let it go!

Dr. Mazzei is Awesome! She is attentive and has made me feel that she really cares. That means a lot. I am glad to have her as my primary care Dr. I know that I am in good hands. I can't forget to mention the staff. All staff in the office had excellent customer service. Thank you, Dr. Mazzei and staff

Dr. Mazzei was absolutely amazing! All the employees were very courteous and professional. Maria was a sweat heart, she was kind and had lots of patience.
Dr Mazzei exceeded my expectations and I definitely found a Dr who truly cares about a patient.
I highly recommend them.
