Horrible customer service.
I wasn't able to make a payment before the 3rd because I work but we are given the option to make payments online.
I call every month asking if they can change my rent amount online because it never shows the correct amount.
This month, I called several times saturday and left a voicemail asking if they can make the changes to my online account. I wasn't able to make a payment and sunday the office is closed which was the 3rd. I called today on the 4th and theyre charging me the additional $75 late fee even tho it was clearly their mistake for not answering their phone. I spoke with the manager Veronica, whom had the audacity to tell me that it sounded like a personal problem, but how could it be a personal problem if tenants are given the option to make payments online but can't do so, if employees don't answer their phones to make changes that need to be made. Is that not what they get paid to do? Veronica then had the nerve to tell me I never called because she was there all day saturday to which I replied well then you must of heard my voicemail. I left a voicemail for that reason specifically, because I always have problems with the office not answering their phones! I want to know whom I can speak to, to put in a complaint about the manager.

Had no problems with the apartment besides the dish washer which never worked. Marco was always a wonderful help. We were told when we first moved in these apartments we would never have to go through all of the paperwork we went through when first moving in which was a lie. We ended up getting a 30 day notice saying we had to move out due to my boyfriend making a little bit over the income limit. They still wanted their rent though even if we moved out the day we were notified. Then they claimed we were getting our deposit back, but when we called to see what was taking so long all of a sudden everything needed fixing which is a lie. The only thing was broken was one part of the blinds and one plug in my son’s room. They will lie to keep your deposit so make sure you guys take pictures before moving in and when moving out because they will lie to keep your money!

I went to check this place out and I stood there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. When I tried to get the attention of one of the workers, they ignored me and continued on down the hall.

Noth entrance gate are broken and open and that is already telling of the way the property is managed, however, it is unsurprising that this is the case considering that they do not even greet those that walk through their doors.

Marco is the best l lived in these apartments for 4 years without one complaint the only reason l moved was to move close to my job l was tired of driving into Houston

Love my apartment, I have no complaints, my daughter has been living here for over 2 years and she recommended me to move here.
Very happy with the entire staff at the office, everyone is always so nice and willing to help they also do events for the community.

I’m so pleased with the staff here at windshire apartment. Marco always stay on top it. If I need something fixed it will be fixed right there and then. I don’t have any complaints. I will keep referring people to come and live in these amazing apartments that I know they will enjoy living in as much as I do. Keep up the amazing work Marco and staff

Love this place. I have nothing negative to say about the community. I must add Marco is the one of the best people they could have on the staff. He explains everything so well when I have questions. My experience here at windshire apartments has been 5 stars

I’ve been living here for 2 years now. My A/C stopped working a few months ago. It took several complaints for them to finally replace the A/C unit outside. I had to write them a certified letter and they didn’t even call me when they received it. I had to call/email them multiple times for them to respond. A/C worked fine on the first day. Then after that it takes hours for it to even reach 72 degrees. It can’t even go below 72, even though I have it set to 70 degrees. So my A/C just runs all day wasting electricity. The roaches are disgusting. No matter how clean or how many times the exterminator comes. The roaches don’t go away.

At first it was kinda hard going through all the paper work but it was totally worth it. Marcos from the office staff was great they told us the 25th we could move in and guess what it was exactly what they promise unlike other apartment we lived in. This is a honest review Windshire has been a great experience so far and really enjoying my stay here

I lived her for almost 2 years and I NEVER had a problem with any of the staff, everyone is nice. I have to move for personal reasons, but I will miss the entire staff.

We move in about a month ago and at first I was not to sure about moving here after reading the reviews.

But the staff is very friendly Marco, Veronica and the manager are very nice and always willing to help no complaints are at all with them, my only complaint is that you can only have one car per adult in the property.

Great place with all new appliances.

March 3,2018

I went to the office to update my file, and to request an automobile sticker to park on the property. The sticker will prevent the car from being towed, again.

So, I explained that I wanted to update my file, and to request a sticker.

However, the assistant manage began to rudely question me about a car (2007 Suzuki Forenza) I previously told him I lost during hurricane and tropical storm Harvey.

I reminded him again, that the car was flooded on Envest Property-Windshire Apartment Pasadena Tx.

Then he questioned me about a black Jetta that I currently no longer own.

Remember, I went to the office to update my file. But he refused to accept the updated insurance card. It would have provided him with the correct and accurate information.

The assistant manager tone was so threatening, accusatory, and demeaning and frightening.

His tone of voice was so threatening. He even asked during the conversation, "why are you looking at me like that? It was if he was trying to provoke-an argument between him and I.

Even though I was frightened, I refused the assistant manager attitude and demeanor by saying, you can not speak to me like that.

Thus, the assistant manager responded by saying, "I am not going to help you. " He further said, "Come back when the manager is here. "

This is not the first time a African Americans has had problems with the assistant manager of this property.

This is not the first time and African American has been refused their contract-ly their rights as a tenant of this apartment complex.

Perhaps, this is grounds for a breech of contract with this property.

Perhaps, the right governmental agency should be made aware of the possibility of unfair housing practice at Windshire Apartments Pasadena Texas

I tried so hard to love it! The manger is so nice, but every time you call its a 70/30 chance they answer. I moved in about 6 months ago and I'm still waiting on a microwave to replace the broken one they gave us when we first moved in. Like everyone said their is a roach problem, but I kind of got a handle on it. 2 days after moving in the sink is clog! Trying to stay open minded I try to fix the problems myself and use the broken microwave the best I can, and plunge and use draining gel for the sink. But now my friends cars are being towed only visiting for 2 hours! I go to the front asking about the sticker again only to be told you only need it if they are staying a few days, which is far from true. My friends are scared to come visit us for the fear of being towed. Now our clog sink is leaking and smells so bad, the fire alarm keeps randomly going off at 2 in the morning, and we found a craved illuminated signed carved in our 3 years old child's closet (I really wish I was lying, because that is one of the scariest thing ever)! I do not recommend moving here.

Maintenance never fixes anything.
Always tow cars for no reason even though you have a sticker they still try to tow you
And they're is plenty of people who don't park in they're garage.
And they Never answer the phone
You sometimes have to show up to the office.

Warning! Do Not Rent Here! These apartments are the worse management is really bad real inexperienced. They never answer the phone when you need something fixed they take days to come.
