Windsor Creek Apartments, Lubbock TX

I stayed at Windsor Creek for the last 2 years, during the week and going home on the weekends. The apartment was terrific, clean and very updated, a safe gated place to live, and the pricing was very reasonable. The most important aspect, is the personal service and kind employees that are always trying to make your stay, whether short or long term a fantastic experience.t

Over priced rent for apartments that need updating. The management was horrible - Elena is the worst.

I resided at this place for 3 years until I left Lubbock. It’s a beautiful complex with spacious apartments. Their maintenance was always fast and responsive.

I have lived at Windsor Creek Apartments for 2 years and 4 months. It has been the best living experience I've ever had in an apartment complex. Everyone is very friendly and there has never been a night where neighbors were too loud. One of my favorite things about the complex is the office space where there is colored printing and 2 high speed computers. Very rarely are there other people using them, so I never have to worry about them being occupied. I've enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and at the pool as well. The dog park is an amazing feature, I go just about everyday with my dog. I'm beyond grateful I chose Windsor Creek as my home for the past two years. It will be hard to leave as my lease is up at the end of the month. If you decide to move in, you won't regret it!

My partner and I have lived at this apartment for the past three years and we absolutely love it! The amenities that are available for the price are unbeatable. The dog park has been perfect for our pup. The business center has been really helpful while I'm working on my graduate degree (free color printing!). The gym is always clean and has plenty of equipment. The employees are really kind and always responsive to any issues! We have loved living here and we are really going to miss it when we have to move.

I highly recommend this place if you want to live in wonderful, clean and neat complex, other way their facilities are so good as well, the gym and the pool very cool. I almost forgot the staff the girls are so kind and nice as well.

I lived there for almost 4 years until my company transferred me hated to leave - office was great- maintenance was always on time- a very clean place and soo friendly. Great Staff and great neighbors-

If you wanna live in an apartment complex with an unresponsive and two-faced manager, then this is the place for you! They’re losing good tenants because of mismanagement, and the owner doesn’t even care. They keep decreasing the rents to attract new tenants and keep the current ones. So, if you’re really desperate and wanna live here, at least don’t stick with their price and bargain for a lower monthly rent. They know you can get a better place with the same amount of the rent, and they have no choice to lower the rent for you.

My wife and I’d favorite apartment complex we’ve ever been at (among 5). Staff is wonderful and very timely with any fixes. Dog park within made it awesome for us and our two pups!

The manager lies into your face and does anything to rip off her tenants. Good luck complaining to the owner.

Terrible manager, rude, unreliable and impolite. She is losing tenants, so she brings the rents down every year. I moved to another place in a better neighborhood, and it’s far cheaper than this place.

Management staff isn’t the best, and could definitely find other places with better prices/quality.

I am currently living here. It is a great, quiet apartment complex that genuinely cares about its residents. The staff/management is the best I've ever experienced as a tenant.

My wife and I are sadly moving out of this wonderful apartment complex after 3 years of being here. We have loved everything Windsor Creek Apartments has to offer from the amenities to the caring management staff at the clubhouse. We bought a house here in Lubbock and I already miss our apartment lifestyle at Windsor Creek. Moving in and out was a breeze and because we took care of our unit, we had not problems with getting our deposit back! The staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our lease and I will miss them dearly.

Mary Jane is such a gem. We didn’t end up leasing here but she was phenomenal and so welcoming. We had a very strict check list and ended up finding something closer to work and with other things we needed, but this was at the top of our list.

She called me the following Monday to check on me and wished me well in Lubbock. So professional and sweet!

Fantastic complex. My 2-bdrm apartment has lots of big windows with views of the landscaped grounds. Although rare, when I've needed maintenance, Jesse is very responsive and is able to handle the problem each time. I've just renewed for a second year. Great place to live!

This was my favorite apartment that I’ve lived in so far. The staff is great and I love the location! The one bedroom layout is super cute and I truly enjoyed living here!

Living here was Horrible. The walls and floors are thin. Management Pick Favorites and Fails to resolve Issues. Management is Evil!

Very friendly office staff with fast and attentive maintenance. All in all a very well maintained complex in a cool location. You get what you pay for I guess. Glad I didn't move half way to Wolfforth. My only complaint is the dishwasher, but it's not that big of a deal.

Donna and Elena are amazing and truly enjoy helping their residents. I have yet to live in an apartment complex that is so resident-focused and nice! If you have a problem, all you have to do is ask and they will work on it for you. Maintenance staff is also quick to resolve any issues. I highly recommend you live here!
