Better hope it's not an emergency because very unreliable and personnel can't lift people

EMS is ALWAYS late to pick up dialysis patients. They are given a time that they will be ready, then staff are told that it will be an additional 30 min to an hour when they are already 30 min late. Some patients are waiting up to 2 hours after they are finished with their dialysis treatments. I do not recommend this company. They will bump their regular patients to take "emergency" cases so that they get more money.

Great place to work. Leading edge protocols and equipment paired with meticulous fleet maintenance and quality medics all combined make Windsor a great choice for any emergency medical care or medical transports you may need.

Super friendly staff I have been calling them often to get appointments for my sister Jeolina and they are always friendly and willing to help me schedule an ambulance. They are always on time and they help us find the doctors office. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

This is the worst company to work for, AMR is better and recommend. Better Pay Better equipment, you don’t get held over everyday you work 2 to 3 hours like this company does. Supervisor definitely don’t care I guess it’s like any other transport company, They just in it for the money

Employees that work here feel the need to park in handicap spots in personal vehicles with no placards and then proceed to shoot the middle finger when getting called out for this. Way to set an example.
