1 As a physician who visits nursing homes all over the DFW metroplex, this is one of the best facilities I go to. What I have noticed that’s different here compared to other places is that this building is more of a community than a nursing home. The residents are treated with respect and dignity, they are well cared for both medically and spiritually.
The staff here is happy… and that translates into better care for the patients. Kudos to the administration for taking good care of their employees (thirsty Thursday, foodie Friday - activities like these encourage camaraderie and employee retention).
The Director of nursing, Tanya, and the ADONs (Alencia and Regina) are top notch.
I highly recommend this community if you are in search of a loving environment for your family member.
