Windsor Turtle Creek is wonderful! The staff members are so accommodating & welcoming. It's location is perfect-walkable to so many options for work outs, food, drinks, and parks around Turtle Creek, Oak Lawn, and Uptown. Taylor could not have been more accommodating with our renewal process. Jessica goes out of her way to help you feel comfortable. She is a smiling face right as you enter the building and is always willing to assist. Thanks for all you do, WTC team!

I have so much to say about this place! I visited many other apartment's in this area and Windsor is by far the best apartment complex to live at.
My personal experience has been awesome, starts with the amazing, friendly and personalized support from Taylor, Alicia, Jessica and all the staff team, they make everything on their power to make you feel special and listened. The amenities are always clean, everything works properly, I never had any problems with my neighbors or any uncomfortable situation.
Garage has plenty of space to park, pool area is beautiful and the gym is open 24x7.
There's plenty of good restaurants, bars and grocery stores at walking distances which makes the day to day much easier.
I highly recommend Windsor Turtle Creek to all my friends, I do love to live here.

I've been living at Windsor Turtle Creek for about 8 months, my husband and I love it. From the amenities to the staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Taylor, Alicia, and Jessica are always there for whatever question or problem you may have, and make sure things are handled at a timely manner. A huge THANK YOU to Hector and Luis with maintenance who are always on top of things with the properties cleanliness. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I absolutely love living here! The management team is amazing professional and caring. The facilities are always clean, maintenance inquiries get fixed within a day.

Windsor Turtle Creek is a beautiful property and I fell in love with it when I toured! My experience with the whole leasing office has been absolutely amazing. But I would like to highlight Jessica Richards who was the one who gave me my tour and made sure to give me the best experience possible. She’s is so sweet and is very dedicated to the residents here at this property. She has answered all my questions and has made my experience positive. Highly recommend reaching out to Jessica for any assistance with leasing needs!

I wanted to love this place. The staff is nice enough but unfortunately, the property is not. The parking garage door has been kept open for several days at a time (same story every time), welcoming strangers in. The elevators are usually dirty. I am not sure when the hallways are vacuumed but I presume not often, as I have seen he same piece of trash lying around for several days at a time. The hallways constantly smell of garbage and I can't tell you the last time the carpets have been cleaned. The gym is dusty everywhere.underneath the dumbbells is a site to see. There has been trash floating around all levels of the parking garage for several days now, too. The mail room was blocked off for construction and no one notified us. There have also been several missed valet trash cycles. Things happen - but residents should be notified. Unfortunately, the premium rent we pay is not reflected in the upkeep of the building. Likely will not lease from another Windsor property again.

My 12 month lease is up and I have to move out of state, but before I go I wanted to leave a review. If you’re looking for a quiet and we’ll kept property you can call a home this is the spot! Only a short walking distance to Oak Lawn strip or onto Katy Trail I love this place. I also want to give a special shout out to the maintenance team. I can put in a work request and they’ll be at my door within 10 minutes not to mention the time I lost my keys and Hector came to my rescue and let me into my apartment. The office staff is always friendly and you can count on an A+ service with a smile from all of them! Thank y’all so much!

Luis and Hector the best at their job. They fixed my A/C within 2 hours and did me a favor and clean my carpet. Leaving here is worth the lease! You can speed dial maintenance and they’ll express their service to your expectations sometimes above and beyond!

If you are ordering any type of food delivery for this place. JUST DONT. There is no way to get into the garage EPECIALLY AFTER HOURS! Trying to go back into the garage, If you do not have a key fob there's no way to Access the elevator nor a way to access the stairs. Dallas if you need a apartmenthat thathas to be this secure then do not order delivery it makes it entirely possible to come in-and-out of this place. And if you are ordering delivery with no care in the world for your driver you should be ashamed.

I want to commend Windsor Turtle Creek’s management team for being so responsive to residents. They listen well and know how to problem solve effectively, whether it’s a maintenance problem or dealing with postal deliveries. Recently, Jessica brought me a heavy box I could not lift, and she did so with grace. Helping me led to an extended work day for her, but she never even mentioned the delay. She just did it. I am grateful she and the rest of the team have a *can do* spirit, and residents are at the center of their work.

Lived here since 2018. There has been new management and they have been fantastic! They have added new bright lights in the parking garage, they installed two new electric vehicle spots, putting us at 4, the ladies in the office are always friendly and responsive. They respond quickly to maintenance requests. I’ve seen maintenance vacuum and cleaning the halls often/quick (some resident dragged their x-mas tree down the hall without a bag and made a mess) and the office cleaned it same day. The maintenance team cleans the elevators and tile floors daily, and empty the dog bins and outdoor grounds often. The gym has a nice range of equipment including Peloton bike. Yes, there are a few previous reviews about homelessness and cleanliness occurrences but the church nearby feeds these people twice a week, and cleanliness issues start with people not cleaning up after themselves. Occasionally I have smelled trash from the trash room, but it’s because residents dump their trash in the room in an open bag versus using a closed bag and putting it in the chute. (Poor trash guy has to touch/smell it all. Even with our trash fee - they aren’t our maids - maids would charge a higher hourly rate.) The elevator also gets fixed quickly when has broken and if the garage door breaks it also gets fixed fast. Note: Replacement parts I heard are expensive and the garage door breaks because people hit / damage them. Plus, parts are also harder to source. I also have friends who live at Highline in Design Destrict and their elevators have been down months and their storage units and cars get broken into. I have not had this issue once in Windsor over the past four years. This place is still a great home to me and there are many friendly neighbors who say hello along with the amazing ladies in the office. Thanks Windsor staff!

I can't say thank you enough to the staff at Windsor turtle creek apartment. They are bar none one of the most professional teams I've encountered in a while. My family and I are a transplant military family and we've called DFW our home for the past 7 years. I decided to retire in the area and moved into another property that I stayed in for over 3 years. When we started looking for our new home we had a checklist of our minimum standards suitable for our needs. We looked at 4 other properties within the vicinity and decided on Windsor Turtle Creek because of the smooth application process, property walkthrough, and how professional and friendly the staff was. It was a very easy decision for us. The staff is very nice, the property is well-maintained and secure. Our expectations were met and exceeded if I can give more than 5 stars I will. Thanks, guys.

I usually don’t do reviews but I Love Everything about Turtle Creek and how close everything seems to be. Everything is so nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Luis (one of the maintenance technicians) is very friendly and professional when I come to him with any issues I have, he takes care of it fast! Seen many maintenance worker and he by far the best If I could I would give him 5 stars!
Don’t see myself leaving anything soon!

I’ve been living at Windsor Turtle Creek for over a half year and the building and staff are really perfect.

Specifically, the amenities (e.g, pool, gym) are fantastic. Also, every time I’ve needed any assistance from the staff or just ask a question (I’m new to the area), the staff always goes out of its way to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and provide insightful and really helpful information to any questions I have. From when I first moved here, I’ve really enjoy living here and working with everyone in the office and especially Jessica Richards who is always unbelievably nice, patient, and super helpful. In addition, the maintenance team is also super nice and efficient.

After living here for over a half year, selecting to live at Windsor Turtle Creek has been an unbelievably great decision.

This leasing and management team has been the best I have ever dealt with. They are easy and friendly to communicate with and always quick to respond. During our move they helped with anything we needed (including lots of packages that they put in our unit). The parking garage is great, we have had no problems with package delivery, and so far not one bad thing to say about the building. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
