The team at Windsor Westbridge was friendly and helpful from the start. They answered our many questions during the application process and move-in process. We are thrilled with the communication, responsiveness to maintenance requests, and amenities.

Been here 5 years.and it has went down hill they don't treat the units they lie and say we will get to it people in office is a joke new people come right in and bring roaches and they don't do anything about it please look elsewhere we will be letting fox 4 come in and see if no one gets to us soon that's a promise we have little baby here with us.

I lived here for over 5 years. The place was sold a couple years ago, and new management came in and immediately remodeled the office with our money. No other community upgrades. While the windows are as thin as Kleenex and cooling bills tipped over &200 for 800 sq feet, and the "security" gate is broken open for MONTHS. But this office carpet and walls were REALLY important.
Then upon me trying to move over 2 hours away, I tried to turn in my keys 7 days early, and was told in no uncertain terms that I would be breaking my lease, and I need to come back in a week. I moved over 2 hours away, I was not in a position to come back in a week. And I could be responsible for 1 and a half times my rent as penalty, even though I was paid up and trying to give them information to bill me my final water and trash. The girl in the office would not hear me out, and acted like I was trying to scam them, when all I wanted was to be done with this place and move on. I received my move out statements and inspection report, and of course everything was in good condition and I had 0 damages. They lost a perfect tenant to their selfish capitalism.

I would like to give a huge shoutout and praise to Nicole and Stefany! Ms. Stefany went above and beyond in getting me placed in my new apartment! The office staff is amazing and frantically friendly! She kept in great communication with throughout the whole process! Please consider in moving to this apartment! They're amazing people who actually care about their residents' needs.

I’ve lived here for two years now and the office staff, specifically Nicole has been so accommodating. She does fun things for the community and I know they work hard to get everything done for their residents. It’s the best experience I’ve had in my renting history. Thanks guys!

This review is solely for the Divisional Manager Mrs. Powers. I spoke with Mrs. Powers regarding a few concerns within the on-site office. While speaking to her, I can tell she listened and understood my concerns through the lens of a tenant and not just solely through eyes of a landlord/management……that is characteristics of a true leader. If every employee at Windsor has the same work ethic as Mrs. Powers then Windsor should definitely be a place to call home! Kudos to you S. Powers for putting your tenants 1st!
