Wing Bucket Deep Ellum reviews
14Some reviews are not for the right location. I just ate at the Deep Ellum location for lunch. VERY friendly service. The tenders were huge and full of flavor. Sweet potato fries were perfectly seasoned. The Hurricane had flavor with enough alcohol. Dominic was extremely helpful in helping us our first time to Wing Bucket.
The lunch lemon pepper chicken tenders tasted as if it was refried from the previous night, the grease was old or it was under a heat lamp. They were not flavorful at all. Not good. Sub par for a Wing Bucket. One bite and I gave it away!
The food was really good the service was nice and and me and my friends orders didnt take long at all.
Wings are huge! Definently preferred the jalapeno cilantro ranch over regular. The loaded mashed potatoes were delicious!
Had a to-go order in which the wings had barely any sauce on them. The next time around I had asked for extra sauce on the side as a precaution, even bringing this up to the cashier. Was still charged $1.50. Pretty poor customer service in this case. Am really going to think twice before coming here again.
The collard greens and chicken were good. The ribs not great and the Daiquiri was a bit watered down, service was definitely lacking.great ambiance though.
The wait was super long - long enough for me to watch three other people come in after us and start eating while my frozen margarita melted. And there was way too much sauce on the tenders.
Place is pretty chill. They play great r and b souls to enjoy while eating. They serve huge wings. The bourbon glaze and the standard dry rub are pretty delicious choices for the chicken
Gave it 5 stars because the wings are huge and there are so much flavors to choose from. Staff is friendly and the entertainment of very unique people coming through the door is great. If you want good wings and are nearby give it a go.
This location is also open late on Friday and Saturday till 3am. A little smaller than the one in downtown. Food is still great! Love wing bucket.
Great tasting wings portions are very nice got full with 3 piece, wings are so flavorfull.great price and service!
Ive had the wings and the tenders.both so good. Portions are so generous and so good. I saw someone get the ribs which also look amazing and of decent size. I always make sure to tell everyone the wings here are full size and are bigger than all the other wing places I've been to. So many different flavors to choose from and dipping sauces as well. If you love wings definitely try this place out.
Wow, what an embarrassment of a restaurant. I was so excited to try this place and have never been so let down by pathetic service at a new restaurant in deep ellum.
We ordered our food and 25 minutes later they had served people before and after us but never even noticed we had no food. During this time the cook was on his phone, two women were standing around doing nothing, and only 1 young lady did everything there. We asked about the food and they couldn't find our ticket then asked us for our receipt then, after a few minutes, came back and asked what we had even ordered. This was the manager, priscilla (she left a lie of a 5star review), and she didnt say sorry or what had happened but felt it was ok to be super rude. We asked for a refund at this point, which took them 5 minute because they don't even know how to do it. They never apologized or said literally anything to us.
I will never go back to this terrible establishment again after this inexcusable service provided and management, especially after JUST opening. What a shame.
I went in to order food at their Wing Bucket downtown location next to The Metropolitan Building. Much too my amazement I observed one employee primping the hair of another employee at the food counter with a teasing comb. I questioned what he was doing. He was smug, and thought I was making trouble. I mentioned that the Board of Health might be interested in the way he served food to his customers. He said he wasn't doing anything wrong. I was disgusted and walked out. That was 2 years ago. I would not go in that place again. If anyone ASKS ABOUT THAT PLACE, I TELL THEM THAT STORY.
