Wings Over Seagoville

I come here frequently, because the food is always good, but the staff has always had terrible service etiquette. The first few times I thought they were just having a bad day, but I now realize that is just how they act with customers. It’s a shame the food is good and the place has a cool atmosphere but the service is irritating every time. For example on a non-busy Tuesday I ordered 3 grilled chicken salads and a small order of wings at the drive through and ended up waiting for over an hour in lane 3 on my only day off.

I hate to do this but, I need to let everyone know. I witnessed the manager Maggie call a customer back inside to clean up the “mess” they made. I was so embarrassed for the gentleman. Looks like there was a group of people by all the drinks they bought so they spent some $. Apparently someone dropped a beer bottle and there was broken glass under the table. I’m guessing this happened as they were leaving. In this case, I can see where she’d be upset but, then again there were so many bottles on the table perhaps someone serving them should have come by and picked up the empties and none would have fallen off. My hats off to the gentleman who kindly helped her clean it up. I think she was out of line to call attention to a paying customer. It was also 80 degrees in there. I asked her why the air was off. She said it was on and blamed it on the customers opening the door so often. Lol can u believe that!? I said no because there’s more business over at Starwood cafe and it’s always nice n cool in there. The burger I had was nothing special. I asked a server for a fork and she said they’re right over there. SMH. Too bad it used to be a cool place to go to eat n watch a game. It’s just too hot and the service sucks.

My first oder, I ordered 6 pc in bone wings lemon pepper flavor, ranch dipping sauce and fries. Everything is good

The manager I believe her name is Wendy was completely disrespectful. I was the owner could watch the video footage. It was Father’s Day and there was a wait no big deal. They called us said our table was ready. We wanted to seat in the booth which one was available. They told us no. We accepted it at first then we asked to move they moved us to a table but it was to high for us. So we asked again. I asked what we need to do to get seat in a booth (which no one was seated there) I was like we can get back on the list. Then the Manager just lost it with my husband screaming and said she did not care. He was trying to get her to not yell. Then another girl that worked there said they can just leave. She was so beyond rude and disrespectful. That is not how you treat customers. I just couldn’t believe it. She was not just treating us bad she was treating the employees bad too.

Great place. Husband and I both love the food BUT DO NOT GET THE ASAIN SALAD. Every single piece of mint served in this salad is black or has black on it. Coming from food industry this is disgraceful. Tortilla strips were also stale. Just stick with the wings or burgers.

I've been here a couple of times, and the wings are still good. Need to try other flavors.

I placed a call in order for the 5 piece fish. When I picked up the order I smelled it through the sack, the fish was spoiled the salad was brown my whole experience was horrible! Never again

Always love stopping in this little joint when in the area. The food is good, hot & fresh. The service is on point with nice and attentive employees.
Only down side this time were the flies. We have had a bad mosquito and fly problem to start this summer, so I definitely did not hold that against them.

Soooo good! The burgers, Chicken, fried pickles, onion ring and fries all were so good! I definitely recommend.

Food is great service is bad everytime we go. Tonight Fred was very professional even with the issues we had with our order he handled it very professionally versus the other employees. Its not the first time he steps up and he should definitely have a better position than the one he has now. This coming from one business owner to another

I love this place but in the drive thru i get bad service if they ask for a tip to HAND Me my food and if I say no they just give me my food with an attitude and miss this and have to ask for condiments or cutlery. In person I get it but to just hand your food and then ask “Do you wanna tip? ” For what?

Great food and great service. Catfish was great. However, they do not offer coleslaw. No senior or first responders discount

Great wings my son had the honey bbq and definitely recommended them. I enjoyed the chili Thai wings. The unlimited smoked ranch was really tasty we will come back

I enjoyed this place. The young lady at the cash register was really nice. I got the bandito wings. They were good. They were saucy and had a good flavor. I got tator tots as my side. I wish they were more crispy, but they were very good. Maybe seasoned tator tots would have been better. I will definitely come back.

Wings are good prices are not. Bandito flavor is the bomb. Order online before going or you’ll be waiting in drive through for 30+. Oh and the fried pickles are too salty and the fries are always soggy.
