Wingstop, Brownsville TX

Placed an online order for 10 boneless wings and waited 25 minutes before heading to the store. Wings still weren’t ready and I was told it would be no more than 10 minutes. Waited nearly 30 more minutes before I had to go up and ask for my food AGAIN. They then grabbed a bag that had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. By the time I got home, my wings were cold.

The place was pretty busy, however other people that got there well after, we did got their food first.we literally had to get up and ask where is our food only to find out it had been sitting on the counter since who knows when. 1st time there and last one too.

Customers shouldn't have to deal with retaliation for complaining that their order was wrong. I went back to have my meal replaced and they drowned the wings. Made a mess of my truck. Really unprofessional and petty. Very unfortunate since I always order from here and love the service and meals I get from this location, but this was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.

Don't recommend this location.order a 100 pac was missing 30 of my wings.understand they are busy but we are paying to get our meals in one trip and not 2.need to pay more attention on what you are doing.this is what I get for not going to my regular location

Ordered online food was cold af.not going back to this location.poor customer service when i went to pick up the food.

I LOVE wings and I’ll go anywhere but here. EVERYTIME. I came to this location employees were horrible and my food was always wrong. This place used to be good; employees ruined this location BIG TIME.

I’ve gotten excellent service WHEN THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. I am this location 1 star because called 5 times and no answer. This has happened 3 times in a row already. This is also happening during COVID 19 season. You would think they’d get enough people to answer the phone to get the only orders they’re going to receive since they only offer take out. Oh well, I guess I won’t order from there anymore. I called the Los Fresnos location; they answered right away and I got my food in 20 min.

This joint was alright. Had a few water leaks due to the rain but I guess they'll fix that soon. Lol they need to stock up on beer. We almost bought all the bottled beers. Both domestic n imported.

Always a great place for wings. Picked up some garlic parm classic with xtra parm and they made them perfect to my taste!

This place has improved their customer service since they opened. I recently have only been ordering through their app and haven’t been disappointed. Customer service needs some polishing.

Didn't care for the wings and we weren't sure what was sprinkled on the fries but we didn't care for that either.

Very nice restaurant to enjoy wings. Clean and family friendly. Courteous and helpful staff. Food is good. Plenty of parking.

Always gotta check my bag cause they always forget something or give me the wrong order. Every time without fail! Wings are good though.

Very fast when ordering by phone, they just took 15 minutes. I really liked when they read the ticket and check that order was complete before they give me the bag.

Incorrect order. Had to return food and receive refund. And still lost almost 8 dls tip. Never again

I gotta say this is not the best wingstop in town. They always "forget" to get something for you-either you are always a wing down or just the food is halfway cooked.

I visit this place regularly and the consistency of flavor, fried and cryspy wings are not always the same.

Love the Mango-Habanero wing's, the Loaded Fries, and the beer is cold. Enjoy sitting at their bar, great server's, always make you feel welcome.

I've always ordered for pick-up and each time it has been ready. Even when they have a full house, they still manage to complete my order on time.

It is a good place to eat but only if you have 2 hours to spend

After you order they let you know you will have to wait 40 minutes to get your food it was 17 before then it became 25 and now 40. It is crazy becouse it is not even as packed to have that waiting time.
