Wingstop, San Antonio TX

This seems to be one of the more popular spots. Sometimes you wait Sometimes it's ready right away. Always been good food for my visits.

The store manager Christian is a wonderful man. He is not only friendly, but passionate about his job. I will go eat at Wingstop just to visit him.

I shouldn’t have to double check my order every time I leave this location. When I make a request for extra crispy fries and well done wings, I mean it and that is what I want. QUIT IGNORING MY REQUESTS AND PAY ATTENTION!

Good food as always. Didnt receive friendly greeting at door. Employees continued to talk to each other while we approach counter.

Really this should a a 5 star because the food is always good. But today the girl that initially tried to help me at the register really deserves a 0 star review. I ordered online, and I had a bday coupon (which had to be redeemed in the store which was part to blame for the confusion) and she just didn't know what it was and said it out loud, under her breath or at me I dont know. Instead of being professional and saying "Give me a moment while I ask someone about how to apply this" she just kept mutting "I don't know what this is", and looked at the others and would say that to them. What I assume was the manger was standing right next to her, and didn't seem interested in helping either of us. Finally, the two other employees helped out. The other girl that helped me (5 starts for her) got confuses too, but handled it way better and was professional with me. So Dear Management: make sure your ALL employees are professional and polite! You wont catch me acting like that at my place of work.

Could not even order.they Had a guy out front saying they were booked up until 6: 30 PM I got there at 11 AM wow did not know they were so popular. At the time the place was empty

I've always gotten good food, and good service at this location. Because of my work schedule, I'm often the guy calling in an order right before close. I know restaurant staff hate that, when they're trying to get out of there. They're still friendly, accommodating and fast every time.

I ate wings from here last night and today I started out with an upset stomach and cramps ended up throwing up all day. Yay food poisoning for me for the next few days.

Wingstop is an amazing restaurant, with absolutely great food.

Sadly I'm not quite sure what was wrong with Joseph the cashier. But it seemed like he was having an off day, and expressed that to every customer in line.

No one quite expects service with a smile, but his melancholy attitude truly lessened the great experience it would have been.

P. S: Changed from 2 to 4 stars. I changed my mind, Joseph has redeemed himself in my eyes. A great man with a misunderstood soul. Lost and unappreciated for his time.

There’s two young gentlemen on the cash registers and I just want to say they truly do care about there customers and are really respectful and seem like they really take a lot of pride in there work great location I’m definitely going to continue to come to this location.keep up the of work guys

2 times in a row my order was incorrect, they gave me one of my orders for free but didnt help me at the time.

Pathetic.good luck trying to find this place.if its in the back of HEB.would rather be cheaper off just buying frozen wings.so sad.give better directions or close up shop.

They forgot my French fries after I called in 40 minutes prior. Had to wait additional time there after they gave me the other food.

Wingstop was one of my favorite places to eat, but after July 7th I will not be eating wingstop again. I ate boneless wings for dinner, and woke up early the next morning in the worst pain ever, having all of the symptoms of food poisoning. The next day I could not eat or even move without throwing up. Even if I drank water I threw it up. After a few days went by I continued to have mild nausea, but severe cramps, and I was always in the bathroom. After a week I realized that I was not getting any better. I went to my doctor who told me because of the symptoms, time frame and amount of days I have been sick that it is E-Coli food poisoning, he put me on antibiotics to help fight the bacteria. My boyfriend made a report about the incident and wing stop is going to refund his money for our dinner. But this will definitely be the last time I eat at one of my favorite places.

Called ahead to place order as I was driving that direction and the lady asked if I could hold. No problem. 8 minutes later I get there and I’m still on hold, I can literally see the blinking green light on the phone which is my phone call. They take my order in person so instead of having to wait 10 minutes I now have to wait 18. Asked them why they left me on hold and they said they were having problems with the phone where I could hear them but they couldn’t hear me, so I asked why didn’t you just tell me that and I would’ve hung up, or called a different location rather than just leaving me in limbo? Dude told me he wasn’t allowed to tell customers they couldn’t take orders over the phone for this reason. What?

Do me the courtesy in the future of just telling me you can’t hear me or something instead of wasting my time. Or better yet fix your phone!

3 star for food, -2 for service

Wingstop yummm! Wingstop will forever be my FAVORITE place to eat! Everytime I go, I always get the same thing which is the lemon pepper boneless wings, low mild spicy wings, and the hot spicy wings with fries! The fries and one of the best fries I have ever tasted, they are unlike any other fry. My favorite type of wings are the lemon pepper wings. They are so good! If you haven't already, make a stop at wingstop and try out the lemon pepper wings including the fries! You wont regret it.

Cooks on their phones, apparently they couldn’t find my online order, when I got home chicken was under Cooked our bread was hard, fries were disgusting.so annoyed

Wing stop still has the best wings. This location has great service even when crowded. However wingstop has stopped offering several sides including coleslaw and baked beans. That being said I will still get my wings at wing stop.

Staff was cooking while playing with their phones when we asked them to stop the cashier responded by saying ' Eh they dont care' SMH!

I just went to wingstop on February 9 on a Saturday night the service was terrible bad staff arguing about something little we waited for a large order and after that we waited for the baked rolls for about least 20 minutes for 6 rolls they did not even put the rolls into the bag I was disappointed in them they need new staff and management I should get a freebie
