This wing stop has been really good the past couple of visits. However, this visits the wings were big I don't like my wings big as they be pumped with chemicals and just don't taste right. Still, this Wing Stop made them still taste good as I recommend this Wing Stop to try. They can't control the shipments.you guys still

The worst customer service! I ordered online, arrived there a little early, they made me wait another 30 minutes and gave me cold food. The food was just sitting there and they didn't give it to me right away.
Definitely, not coming back!

Worst service by far.placed order over the phone. Arrive to pick it up and told nothing is available. No order was placed. So i placed order online. Went through waited 30 minutes. Go to the register and ask if my order is ready. Arthur said nothings available. Asked if i placed the order online. Showed him the order #. Said he still not showing anything. Asked for a manager.arthur returns and asks am i sure it wasnt a phone order.i stated. I arrived 30 minutes ago asking to pick up a phone order you said nothen was here. So i placed the online order and you still couldnt find it. Miracle Arthur finds my phone order.food was there from the start. Now my food is cold to the touch. Missing extra order of fries. If i could give a -10 stars i would. Arthur you need to learn the computer or something. Or stick to making wings.no reason why you cant find 2 orders.even with an order #.

It’s located in a busy area, so expect your wait times to be long, if you go during non-peak hours it’s not that long of a wait. If you’re going around dinner time, I suggest you order ahead! Friendly staff.

The wings are incredibly delicious. Excellent customer service. I called ahead and Our order was ready on time, and accurate. Highly recommend!

Delicious wings & Cajun seasoning. Very tasty. I recommend to make sure they don't forget to put the cheddar sauce for to-go orders. That's all. All in all great tasting food.

I went there an hour a go picked up my wings the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through it was really chewy and pink no flavor to it and the fires were dry no flavor and the cheese sauce was bad there food has really gone down hill it’s not what it used to be

It was okay. Kinda messy. The food was ok. I think the staff was just overwhelmed with the crowd and not getting tables cleared and cleaned quickly.

I have never been into the store, I am basing this review on my Husband bringing food from this location on 3 different occasions. My husband placed the order using the app and then going to pick it up, its been quick and hot every time. I like the seasoned fries so I have not tried any other, I had the corn and it was spicy as frak in a tasty way and the ranch and blue cheese are both righteous.my favorite is the habanero mango and I get the tenders because they are crispy but my husband loves the classic wings and the Louisiana rub and lemon pepper. My son gets down on the boneless wings with parmesan and garlic. I want to order some Hawaiian tenders for the Moms to try because it sounds like her speed. This is not a place I ever thought I would try, much less like but I have to recommend it

If your employee gives the wrong order to someone, don’t blame it on the customer. “I’m sorry she took your order. ” No you handed it to her without checking it. Pathetic.

Not good/ why would they serve OLD celery sticks.
Pictures of wings show how they only seasoned one side of my wings. Rolls were hard, tried to mask that by smothering with tons of butter. What stinks is that I live 30min away. Will not return.

Food was hot and fresh but some how are order took especially long tonight and it wasnt that busy. We paid for cheese on my fries but no one asked for it and didn't realize until we got home, we asked for all flats and that didn't happen, this is my favorite and only wing stop I eat from but they let me down tonight

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY TO CORPORATE OFFICE!

I like Wingstop, really the only wings I'll buy.
But you better hope that they don't mess up on anything, because they never call you back when they owe you a refund.
I used the app to have food delivered for a party. The delivery was short some of my order, I called the store on DeZavala back and they said sorry and that I could come pick it up.
I said no, I paid for delivery, I'm in the middle of a party. Please deliver it. They said they couldn't and offered store credit next time I went in. I said no, then I want a refund, they said okay. Of course I have yet to see my refund. That was on June 30th. It's now September 10th.
I've sent an email through their website feedback, I contacted them 3 times at the 1-877-411-WING, I even tried the Facebook DM.
All I get is, we have taken your information and are passing it on to upper management. And still no call, and no refund.
I guarantee you if I stole from them, they would call the police right away and have me dealt with. But they steal my money and I can only deal with an "answering service".
If you call them, "customer service" just takes your info and passes it on? There is no way to speak to a supervisor, there is no management to talk to, nothing. Just. We will get back to you.
You should be ashamed of yourself @wingstop!

Don’t go by the time they quote if you order online. Worst service ever! The people working could care less and were just standing around not doing anything.

Wingstop is wonderful. Spicy Korean is just so flavorful with the right amount of kick. I always pair with the cajun fries.

I love this location. Wings are always perfect and service is amazing, we order wings ALOT and only one time we had issues with our order to which the wing stop team took care of it and went above and beyond our expectations to make up for it. Best wings ever.
