The food was very bad fries were burnt and waited a hour because door dash was getting orders before customers who called in 30 min in advance and gt to the store and still waited 30 more minutes for terrible food never go there

My orders are always late from this store and its never the door dash drivers fault. Every time I call about a late order, they are very rude. Today the responce was "its on its way" then hung up the phone. I will not be ordering anything from this store again.

The dry rub wings (garlic parm & lemon pepper) lacked flavor but weren't salty. The saucy wings had much flavor and sauce on them. Fries are good (natural cut) and not too salty either. Will definitely try again but request more of the dry rub to be added to those wings. Customer service and store cleanliness was good.

If I could put 0 stars I would the workers there are so rude they act as is they were doing us a favor when we’re paying costumers.

Customer service horrible, speed horrible, food wasn't all the way cooked. Too many young people and not enough management.

West rd and 45 location doesn’t even deserve a star! This place Should be shut down, they tell you that your order will be ready in 20 mins and you wait for an hour. You ask them about your order and they keep telling you it will be ready in 10 mins just to tell you an hour later that they don’t have your order. They over charge you and your order is never correct. Management needs to be changed and they need to hire employees that can read the Wingstop menu. I will never return after this being the 2nd time that my order was not in the system. Hell, they need to fire everyone and start over. I recommend the 249 and Antoine location.

This was our second visit to a Wingstop in a while. Got 15 wings and fries (I think they should come with celery). The fries were fine, but the wings were pretty dry and didn't really have much flavor, even though they were supposed to be two different flavors, Lemon Pepper and Mild. Also, it did not seem like a very good deal for the money. Almost 25 dollars for 15 wings and fries seems a bit steep. The cashier was nice, and the service was fast, but the wings were not what I expected. I've had wings from a range of other places and these just didn't have much flavor.

I love how one of the girls was friendly & her attitude was A1, shes was all about customer service & I really loved that! Definitely coming soon for more wings! (I forgot the girls name)

The wings were so good, and well prepared. The lady at the counter was friendly. I'd come after just getting off work again.

Wings are good but service is lacking. Got my order wrong twice. First gave me the wrong wings went back and was shorted an order of fries.

Ordered to go 2 different times the past 2 weeks and both times they forgot items in our orders. Called to discussed and were put on eternity hold and managers never picked up. Not going back to that location.

Great wings I really like the Louisiana rub to add the mango habanero it’s over the top and they’re military friendly thanks Red H‍️

Hello.i am a professional wingstop regular. I eat wingstop all the time. I came to this wingstop for the first time today and wow.can you say bootleg OR? ! The fries were not wingstop fries! Even the cheese was the regular cheese they have and the wings.oh lord.someone help this wingstop! Such a disappointment.

I still ate it though.

I ordered online it said my wings would be ready in 18 minutes, l arrived at wings stop and was told it would be an 30 extra minutes because they received a bigger order, l suggested they put that online, so people can know before they show up and was told that's what l get for ordering online. I will never go to this location again. Horrible Service

Joseline was great! There was a mix up in my order and she fixed it right away no questions asked. She was kind and had great customer service! I will definitely be coming back

I have never been to this store.neither has my bank card.yet, they allowed someone to charge an order on my bank card, without them being in possession of the actual CARD!

My order weren't cooked right and they had a lot of grease at the bottom. I was very disappointed with this order. I order a 24pcs my family dinner.

They always take forever With you food they always answer the phone but they put you in hold for 15 minuets then they said your food will be ready in 18 minuets you get there your food is not ready

Great wings, good customer service, just be careful. This location has been robbed at gunpoint multiple times.

Today I had a horrible experience with the cashier her name was Ana and she gave me an attitude right at the moment she started taking my order she rolled her eyes at me and she was ignoring me when I asked her something about my order. Then I asked her for cheddar cheese instead of ranch and she told me right away with an ugly attitude that they didn’t have cheese which I knew they did had cheese so she kept telling me that they didn’t have cheese at that store and I started to get mad because of her attitude and yes I started cursing because the way she was treating me so at the end when I was going to pay she told me she wasn’t going to take my order at all so she canceled my order then she started cursing at me. I was about to leave but I asked someone else for their manager and I explained everything to the her and the manager was the one who took my order and they did had cheddar cheese. This is not the first time with the same person my sister had a bad experience with the same cashier some months ago. The hole problem was because she told me they didn’t have cheddar cheese when they did because the manager was able to give me cheddar cheese so she shouldn’t been saying no to the customers we’re the one who’s paying. The manager was the only reason I stayed and made the oder she was very nice.
