Worst Wingstop experience EVER. The manager told me"Your card doesn't work", with a smirk on his face. I told him 3 times"You didn't complete the process on your end. "He assured me he had, then gave me a blank look. After a 3minute back and forth, someone came to ring the order up properly. Prior that moment the manager quoted me the wrong price for my order. I told him wings are. 70cents today. "That's for boneless", he responds. I counter with, "That's what I want/asked for. 15 boneless wings and fries"When I finally get the receipt it's 20$! Infuriated (but not showing it) because we'd gone over my order 3 times! I never got an apology. Or an acknowledgement that they did anything wrong. My service after that was bad to boot. Someone eventually gave me a cash refund for difference. I wanted apology, or more. And one of my wings was raw,

I loveeeee the wings and fries, but I recently order and as soon as I got in my car I went straight to the fries and it gave me a weird taste as they were spoiled already, my daughter loves them as well and she spit them out! Waited on my mom for her to try them and as well spit them out. I decided to call just to let them know not even trying to get my money back because I did ate the wings. The person who answered said “it’s probably because it’s been an hour and a half because we cut them fresh, told her I’m not trying to get my money back I’m letting you guys know if you like I could take them and you guys can try them your selfs “ she kept saying oh no I’m sure it’s because they condensated. I’ve saved fries before for the next day and yeah they do get soggy but they have NEVER TASTED SPOILED!

I called in my order: Asked for one sauce, all flats, fried hard and received a totally different order. Normally in a Katy they confirm meal by showing what I purchased since I always get fried hard. I get home and see that I have 2 different sauces one which I hate. I called to speak to management and Marie was completely rude. I have now spent a entire hour work shift on food that I can’t get replaced. She told me to bring my meal back and pay for a new order. So spend $30 for a mistake not make by me? How do you mix up Louisiana rub, all flats fried hard with hot wings? I’m completely frustrated. I rate them 0. Horrible customer service. Mind you my wings aren’t even fried hard. Tears. I spoke politely and still got disrespected.

Once you get your order please make sure that you check it. We ordered bone in original not spicy wings. Once we got home we noticed that they gave us the wrong order. We immediately called in immediatly so that they could give us the right one. Upon calling they refused to give us our correct order and wanted us to pay for another order. They said that they would refund our money. The manager was not on duty and non of the staff on duty we helpful nor able to resolve the issue in a professional & timely manner. We decided to drop off the food and asked for a full refund again I was told the there was no manager on site that they could not help and that our money would be refunded keep in mind that they did not ask to swipe our card nor did they provide us with anything else as proof that they would refund our money. I was finally able to talk to a manager the following Monday and again she said that our money would be refunded and it took about 3-5 days. Waited 5 days and no refund until i called and we had to go back the following Saturday to get our refund. Please beware and check your order because they take their sweet time to refund your money back (hoping that you'll forget and they keep your money) or purchase a new order and pay twice or an order that they go wrong and don't want to exchange it for the correct one. Please go to the S. Post Oak location they are friendly, professional& knowledgeable they always have a manager on site to help resolve issues when needed.

They don’t let you in without a mask even if you have the shot.i went to 5 different stores around asking for masks no one had any i asked the short lady at the cash register for a mask she said they didn’t have any when i saw a whole box on the wall.they just lied and made me do all that walking just for a pick up.

I have coming to this place for years, I usted to give a 5star rating, now the wings are so dry, and sometimes not even well cook, I'm the only person here the cashier told me that my order was going to be ready in 15mins, I have been waiting more the 35mins and my order is not ready yet, I used to love this place, it is really sad to see it the way it is now

It's totally fine wings but I feel like it like playing the lottery with the fries. Sometimes they are just acceptable and other times they are straight up trash. Mango habanero for life

Did online order and pickup was ready when promised, very quick and easy. Only one person does the register so if you hit it just wrong you might have a few minutes wait while they handle the other customers. Paying online was easy and made for a much faster pickup; as i got to skip the line. This is especially true on big event dates.

Worst place to order wings from there thief's
Regular small combo comes with 3 flats & 3 drumbs
I asked for 6 flats the worker said it'll be 10 cents extra a flat wing I said ok. He said so 60 cents extra. I said how does that add up. I'm subbing 3 drumbs for 3 flats 10 cents a wing is 30 cents. His response store policy! First time I've ever heard this policy Lol.no thanks blatantly robbing people is never ok. Do not support this store. It's not clean, terrible customer service, low math skills.

I gave it four stars because they wouldn't answer the phone to take my order. But, when I got there and they took my order quickly and they were very polite and professional. They apologize for not answering the phone and my food came out relatively quickly. It was delicious too.

Love the stop of wings! Wings were on point per usual. The lady who serve us was cool as well. Four stars due to my fries (which I love) being to crunchy. Like that gave me the left in grease too long, bottom of basket fries lol. Also my nieces and nephew drinks didn't taste like sprite. I guessing the Co2 was out.
