Wingstop, Pasadena TX

Had a complaint on my order 4+ weeks ago talked to the manager and he said he was going to issue a refund and that it should be back on my card 3-5 days. Since then I've gotten nothing and every single time I call the store to talk to him he's not there and no one seems to know when he will be back I've called at least 3 times a week since the "3-5 day" passed and I make sure to call on different days but he just never seems to be there.the name I was given for the manager was Marco or Marcus or something of that nature I'd really appreciate it if someone would give me a call back or give me the number to a supervisor or owner to resolve this issue

Terrible wing stop we asked for hot wings they gave us not even hot wings literally just wings and did not even give us our fries and we found a bug in our wings worst place ever

Told 20 minutes for pick up. Already 35 minutes. When I said taking to lo g to Ashley. She said that's my plan. Very RUDE!

I have never been given such a small serving of fries in a combo order. Plus they were undercooked.

Great food. Customer service is robotic but what did I expect from a tiny store that mostly does take out.

French Fries were like toast roast burn mini pieces of Fries. Horribles. Must of the wings were legs only 2 wings.

Manager in duty was rude af. I asked if it would be an issue getting fresh fries. Mine were cold. She told me she will this time but she's not doing it again. I responded by suggesting that she doesn't tell a customer what you won't do, instead tell them what you are willing to do. She says, "nevermind, I'm not doing it". I assume she was offended, but so was I.

My boys love their wings. I order online for carry out. My order is always ready by the time I get there. Their staff are always friendly and fast

I always call in my order and when I get there to pick it up they say they didn’t receive my name or number.

Good Service and always has my order right. I order through my app and since I like my wings hot lemon pepper, I give them a call and let them know. Usually other wingstops leave you on hold forever, but they are quick to answer.

I only ate the food but it tasted like it was old and microwaved because they didn't want to waste it.
