17Ordered and waited inside for 12 piece. Got home and there were only 9 pieces. When we called to explain what happened she offered 6 pieces right now, or a credit in store for later. We opted to come in she changes the number to five instead. This is the second visit and my first visit was just as bad. I ordered bone in got all the way home and got boneless. Really, they tried to make it up but it is the nuisance of having to interrupt your day to go back to pick up what they left off, or didn’t make correctly. Would have given a two if this wasn’t our second mishap.
Just picked up my order and my 5 year old dinner wasnt there. I know mistakes happens but really. Who checking orders.thats why im giving a one star.pretty sad.
Great service but they need to focus on keeping the place a little cleaner. Clean businesses keeps the customers coming as well. I know it’s a new place so I still give 5 five stars because I support businesses that try.
I've ordered online from this location like once a week since the 2020 shutdown and out of well over 50 orders, they have only made like 2 mistakes and excessively delayed only once. On the delay I saw a guy picking up a huge order of like 8 bags before my order came out. Flavors are always consistent, but amount of seasoning on the fries do vary. I've tried the 3 other local Wingstop locations and this one is on level or better. I'm looking forward to the dining room reopening.
We love wings order here regularly but the last 4-5 times we’ve ordered there’s been nothing but issues and rude service when I get frustrated at there non sense! Between lost orders, wrong orders, long waits way past what we was told, and the rude staff I’m done with them! They just got to eat a $70 order I’m sick of it!
The only reason why i’m giving them one star is bc thats the lowest you can leave on a review.they actually deserve 0 stars considering they have a sign that says they’re open until midnight and we’ve been calling since 11: 32 and no answer for all 3 calls so we pull up and they said that they’re not open to public just for doordash orders or uber eats.horrible customer service and extremely unhelpful staff.
I am accustomed to restaurants making errors, but the time was 11AM on a Saturday and it was not crowded. There was no excuse to miss count wings that badly. We ordered two 6 piece, which they put in the same basket, and made one 9 piece.
Simply inexcusable

This location is terrible. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this store. The lady who works the front of the store is rude and has a horrible attitude. She has zero customer service. I have no idea how she keeps a job. I really hope she is not the manager. I will not return to this store again. The location on ElDorado and Lake Forest is wonderful. I will drive the extra distance.
I tried to order online, and I was unable to make payment on their website to place the order so I called the store. They didn’t pick up the phone and the voicemail was full.
The person answering the phone is rude with zero people skills. I hope that wasnt the manager. I will drive to the eldorado location before I do business with this location. Terrible service
Ordered from doordash and I am appalled as I had to come up here so a wasted order. Heisy, the "person in charge" is so rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me while trying to give her information to have the GM call me. I went up there and she talked over me and walked to the back and gave Corey who was nice bogus contact information! Heisy has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and will treat anyone rude. If you don't like your job, quit.
Taste very good but the wing size went down tremendously. They were little baby wings. Maybe 1/3 of the size they used to be. Still good though and fast delivery.
The black lady with purple in her hair is horrible. I have never heard someone be so rude to so many customers and still have a job. I come in lot but this was the last straw, she’s been rude to me every time I go there and I’m sure many people would say the same. You’re being paid for your service not to yell at customers who basically pay your bills.
Hispanic lady (manager) is super rude and very unprofessional. Cusses at her employees in front of customers.
They gave me the wrong flavor and also didn't include the dipping sauce that I paid extra for so when I came in the next time, I told them about it and they just stared at me like I'm talking to a wall. It is customary when someone make a mistake, or will give you a discount next time or will give me an extra one how to replace the one that we didn't give you last time but I guess that doesn't work in this place.
99% of the time when we order from this Wingstop, they either forget something or get our order wrong. The staff seems to be unmotivated to help when a customer needs assistance. In my experience, I would give this location a 2/10; I would be surprised if we ordered from here again.
