The Best Fries! I could really eat them Every Day! They do need to adjust the air just a bit lol. It's always so cold. And the cashier Ms. D/Cookie so friendly and always greets you.

Ordered carry out Saturday night and was in the hospital Sunday afternoon! Got food poisoning from undercooked chicken. Please do better so that no one else get sick like this.

Zero season of Cajun, last 2 orders no carrots! This store doesn’t care about service! I will drive to rowlett now on

Nothing wrong with the food, but good luck getting any diet drinks. They’ve been out of diet drinks for over 6 months, Everytime I say something they look at me crazy.

Although I experienced a minor mix-up on this visit, it wasn't anything to rant about. The servers & the food is usually spot on. Usually clean (I mean c'mon) everybody knows whatever type of job you have there's sometimes a rush and there is just no way possible or they're aren't enough staff at that moment. I give them cool points because it was their rush hour, but my comment about the bathrooms touches did NOT GO overflowed. Kudos to this Wingstop & it's employees

Had an issue with my order but the man who I assume was the manager resolved the situation quickly. Great leadership!

Best WINGSTOP I’ve been to in awhile I love it food is great customer service is amazing I always feel very welcomed when I walk in highly recommend!

Maria was very mean and curt.she didn’t even let me finish my sentence when asking for the sandwhich combo.no apology for the inconvenience nothing.just an annoyed stare as if i was supposed to know this this place should put a hand written note saying you’re out or at least show your employees to not be so rude.won’t be returning here one bad experience was enough

My favorites are Atomic and louisiana Rub. I usually order online and never had any issue. Definitely recommend this place

THE CHICKEN, FRIES, AND CARROTS WERE GOOD BUT THE RANCH WAS HORRIBLE SMH TASTES LIKE I WAS EATING A BUCKET OF MAYONNAISE. I LOVE THEIR RANCH AND I HATE THAT THIS LOCATION RUINED IT FOR ME. I WON'T BE BACK BECAUSE I'M SCARED TO WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN.

It was very busy, it took a long time to get my order to go. It was good! The fries are not my favorite but the buffalo wings and ranch dip were yummy

It was allright because i asked for my original hot wings to be wet and they did not put them wet its the third time they do that but other than that its good

Best Wingstop in South Garland great service the manager was the most helpful I've ever been around service was excellent!

Over an 1: 45 minutes for an 8 piece kept saying 5 more, 5 more, minutes then 10 more minutes, that was after 20 minutes of the order being ready on the app just be honest about it that you don’t have it ready. I was already late don’t you think if I wanted badly I would been there on time.

i let 2 employees know sprite and fanta were out of the drinking machine.literally said let me check, never came back
the other lady said “ Go check on the other side”
which i was confused but the other machine was out as well.i waited nothing was said to me.this was at 11pm
if you don’t enjoy your job simply look for another one
those cashier’s need another JOB.

I love wing stop but the customer service is Terrible here. I was ordering at the register and this small tomboy with a nose ring, Caught her attitude for no reason I just ask her to repeat what she had said cause I didn’t hear her and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes.
Then when I go to sit down at a table to wait for my order she supposedly (“accidentally”) which I hope it was an accident, hit me with the chair while she was putting them up, cause they were closing up, She did not even bother to say sorry so my boyfriend said something to her and she ignored him and still didn’t say sorry and I know she heard him.
If you hate your job you shouldn’t take it out on your customers. Like girl you don’t even know me what is your beef… regardless of how your day went or is going you should not take it out on your customers!

And on top of that my food was cold like seriously. SMH terrible. Get it together wing stop Smfh!

Something is always missing from the order… and when you give them the chance to make it right they act like your asking for free food. I just want my order right the first time.
