The wings are made good and hot here but they need a Night manager available because if you're order is not delivered you won't get a new order delivered to you due to the mistake you will have to pick it up yourself or pick a day of the week to pick the order up or for a refund you will have to wait the next morning to call the manager and tell them you're order was never delivered the night before and the refund can be done then. Very strang business practice.

Backlog to get our orders since the cashier was more concerned with flirting with a customer than doing her job.

Wow! All I can say is never judge a book by its cover! The location & dim lights in the neighborhood & plaza can seem a bit sketchy BUT upon entering it’s a different ball game. Upon entering, we received the best customer service from Dominique, Devante & Gary! Super friendly, nice & helpful & willingly to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our delicious hot wings! It was a very welcoming experience to the point that we sat down & decided to dine in & eat there! Way to go guys! Thanks so much!

Walked in the cold an they already had register closed an system down! Also had called ahead of time before coming made it at 1230 an they close at 1.they wanted free food!

Do not come to this place. First of all, the area is sketchy. The cashier seemed like she was in a bad mood because she was serious and the food took a while to get ready. When I went to serve myself the drinks I ordered, I saw a lot of ants on the table where the straws and lids are.

There are too many people hanging around. The employees weren’t wearing gloves. The service was extremely slow

I was oder online at around 10 30 pm and choose medium 8 wings with honey mustard but they give this only fries it thats it.and the French fries is like junk food I think its was from 3 days ago wings also soo hard to bite and smelly way worse then you think I am soo disappointed at WingStop

Always get your order wrong. Always double check! Never give you ranch or blue cheese and just forget about ordering online or thru delivery service yo order go be fckd they never miss!

I gave two stars because the food is alright but at night time I'm always eerie of this place and the workers will talk the whole time while preparing your order. They will tell you 15 mins but then 15 mins later once you geth there they will say 20 then 5 more. And have a attitude when finally giving you your food.

This place has great customer service.

Ordered take out around 2 pm yesterday. Lady in the front taking orders, 2 gentlemen making the orders.

I am typically paranoid because in the past wingstop always forgets something in my order.

Checked my order initially and found no ranch. I asked for a ranch and lady gave to me no questions asked.

Shortly after I got home I realize they put the ranch in the wings container.

This shows the staff cares to make the order right although it gets tremendously busy at times and items may be forgotten. Thanks for the care, will definitely be coming again.

Please do not come to this location! I ordered my food an hr prior to going to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. Everyone was complaining and they were fighting with the customers! This nick person in the cashier doesn’t know what his doing and the chick diamond in the back neither.

Recently ordered delivery and they literally forgot half my order. When I called they asked if I could up there if I could then I wouldn’t have order delivery! Then on the app you can’t request a refund so the only way to get a refund is if you go to the store which is ridiculous

Worst wing stop ever slow customer service very poor. Seems as if they hate working there. One employee said he is tied and ready to go so that’s his reason for moving slow. Mixed up orders after waiting 45 mins my order wrong! Not to mention she told me my order will be ready in 20 mins I went home got gas went to vacuum my car backseat out and came back my order still wasn’t ready.
