Took almost 2 hours to have my order ready. After waiting for almost two hours, we got home and started eating and discovered that some of the wings were raw

Love their mango habanero wing their food is always so fresh and nice and warm when i get home.their ranch is the best.their customer service is wonderful also.i am 110% going to come back to this wing stop

I just want to start off by saying im extremely disappointed in wingstop. I placed an order for 8 boneless wings and fries at 5: 45pm I came to wingstop at 6: 35pm Thats almost an hour of time to be able to make my food and have it ready. I come in and let them know im here for pickup and they tell me my fries are not ready and that i would have to wait ONE HOUR. ONE HOUR. For some fries. I finally get my fries at 7: 15pm. I am upset and disappointed. The employee didnt even try to help or do anything to compensate for the HOUR i would have to wait.all she said is “I dont know what to tell you” I cannot. Wingstop has downgraded.

Waited almost 40minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and they didn’t even have the pickles on them when I got home. The manager said, “Sir we ran out of pickles so we’ve just been giving them out like that and no one has complained”. Then why not tell us when we order it? ! How do you run out at 11: 30am? ! Idgaf that “no one else has complained”! Horrible response from a manager.

10 people working there, my order was 83 dollars and they gave it to some one else! I waited an hour and forty minutes there only for them to tell me they accidentally gave it away, again 10 people working there and they couldn’t get it right. Not only did they not seem to care they still have NOT refunded me as promised!

Was sad they where unorganized I seen 4 people in total come back an say they order was wrong within 15 mins it took 1hr an 20 mins for my food to come out an still wasn’t right smh I do not recommend this location

Location DOES NOT REFUND MONEY and over charges your card or if order is immediately cancelled they will say give 3-5. Days but 2 months later still NO REFUND they always say they have to check with management

I had a great experience at Wingstop. The food is always good and JoIvy was very helpful and friendly. She took great care of me. I come here often and will continue!

I ordered online at this location on Saturday 8/06/22 and realized it was the wrong location. I called to cancel and was told the money would be refunded 3-5 business days. I called back after the 3rd and was told after the 5th day if the money isn’t refunded I will be able to come pick up the food I ordered. I call back Saturday 08/13/22 and requested to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no manager on duty and was put on hold. I then spoke with the team Lead by the name of Ahmad and he put me on hold to text the general manager to see if the refunded had been “submitted “. After coming back to the phone I was told that he can’t do anything about it and I would have to wait until Monday when the General Manager is there. I requested to come pick up the food that I paid for and even gave a order number. I was told by Ahmad that he can’t look up the information and he again stated he can’t do anything about it. This is totally unacceptable and this issue needs to be address.

No one in there was eating, and there was a single person in line with multiple employees were just standing around, whole the 2 cashiers were flirting, and they said there was over an hour wait. Filled with children and undercooked chicken.

This wing stop always gets my wings to me HOT and well done like I like them. The delivery service is fast as well. Overall great experience with every order!

Bad customer service from the representative at this location. Had to return my wings they were burnt! Check your food at location it saves the headache!
