Doordasher approaches front door with large bag takes her picture of the food pics it back up and attempt to leave with the order.security camera not a Ring not a ring camera.
Ring is visible. After dasher takes her delivery photo. She picks the order up and was leaving. My daughter opened the door and dasher acted like she was just arriving.
We got to do better people stealing food from your delivery job.
After the food is dropped on the porch and photographed is considered delivery. When dasher pick it back up its theft. We let her back it and didn't call the police. She would have went to jail over chicken wings and had her car towed. We contacted doordash and reported her.
This is not Winston's fault but they need to be aware.
This wingstop has messed up orders a couple times but they always made good of the issue.
Doordash driver beware tampering with food is a felony.

I came in around 2: 15 to pick up my food. The three workers that were working didn’t even acknowledge me in the store at all for 5 minutes. It was so awkward. One was sweeping the floor and another putting away the fries. I understand the one cooking not saying anything I guess. Just rather awkward and rude. I don’t expect top tier customer service anywhere but what I experienced was really off putting.

I’m not sure why this location has such low stars but let me tell you that the food is HOT and on point each and every time I order. I’ve had it delivered and I’ve picked up and never had an issue with the order being incorrect, having items missing, or the food being cold. The ladies that work this location are always friendly and helpful. I was picking up an order I placed on Uber Eats and the young lady that works there wanted to make sure the order was perfect (she thought I worked for Uber) and told me to make sure I got napkins, straws, and condiments. It was a very nice gesture because it shows how much they care. I definitely recommend this location!

Who would have a chicken sandwich with only pickles. Nothing else. Wow.

We placed an order online for this location. It took over an hour to get our food which we understood that maybe they were really busy. We only received part of our order and when we called we were placed in hold for over 20mins. We hung up and called again and ask to please not be put on hold and explained our issue. The lady (Tania) said that there is nothing she can do because she didn’t know if the wings were actually missing. She asked for me to call back the following day and ask to speak to a manager. I asked for a refund of the missing wings and she said she could not do that either. My husband asked her to please just send the missing 10pc combo and she said that she couldn’t do that because she couldn’t enter a new order. She wanted us to go pick it up but that was not an option for us at the time. She then said that if we needed it delivered we would have to place a new order online and pay for it again.

This is so disappointing and unprofessional.

This location is slow. I’m not sure how they pull the orders to fulfill them but several people were waiting on their orders before I got there and people who had ordered within the last 20 minutes we’re getting theirs made. I ordered around 7pm and as I’m writing this it’s 8: 20pm. Avoid this location in the evening/night time.

No plastic gloves when handling food. I watch a worker with her bare hands handle my carrots and celery. The cook didn't wear gloves either. COVID is real people. I will never ever go there.

Just go to a different location. Wings (Louisiana rub) are old, they definitely have to be refried bc they are burnt with no taste! Ordered a 10 piece & only got 9.

The lemon pepper chicken tenders were burnt and had seasoning on one side.

Fries were cold and soggy!

Even the rootbeer was flat!

Expensive, for traditional wings 10 piece, thought it came with side I chose fries on DoorDash app, also the garlic parmesean wings were pink in the middle. Not worth $24

The most simple order.lemon pepper wings and cheese fries.and they gave me regular hot wings and fries w/o cheese.and i cant go back cause i have to go back to work.really guys!

Ordered off of the Wingstop website and never received our order. They use door dash for orders on the Wingstop website. Doordash said they never picked it up and Wingstop said it was picked up. If I could give a 0 raiting I would.
