Wingstop, Amarillo TX

We ordered online for takeout 8-wing combo with a deal including free voodoo fries. The chain is set in a dated retail center. The dine in area is pretty bare bones and tore up, and not very clean. From what I could see of the kitchen it looked pretty grimy, too. Picking up the order was pretty awkward as they thought I was a delivery driver at first. The food itself was decent, kind of small wings for the price. The flavors were fine, a little on the sweet side. The flavor in the voodoo fries was pretty good, but they have a soft french fry so it was all kind of mushy. I'd consider going back for an online deal.

Friendly staff, great wings that were hot, fresh and made to order, however, the fries were stone cold and very disappointing because they typically have the best fries in town. Store manager offered free fries on the next visit.

They must have changed their ingredients, after eating there I ended up with a migraine that lasted 5 days.

Ordered online, told the guy my name. Said it'll be out shortly, waited 30 min and my order has been ready just sitting getting cold.

They were good but only thing is the lemon pepper chicken is way to salty and can’t eat them.the mild chicken was good tho

Food was good, bathroom was a mess. Worker had kids there that were running around like heathens in a small restaurant!

Always busy and my food is always right. I haven’t had an issue yet. My only complaint is the fries they need to be cooked longer.

Wing Stop wings are always the best wings. I wasn't a fan of the rolls though. We were supposed to get 3 sides of Veggie Sticks and unfortunately there were none in our bag. All the people who ordered fries were happy.but the Veggie Stick lovers like me were sad.

I come in fairly regularly, but today I encountered Yamiley, and let me just say that she was great. Greeted us with a smile and took our order quickly. She was very sincere and you could tell she cared about her job. Spot on customer service and great job Yamiley!

This place is a joke. We walked in and 3 people were standing there all acting like they were cooking. Called for someone to come to the front no one came up. Another man walked in and they helped him first. Finally got our food after 10 mins waiting with no acknowledent. Then the ice machine was empty and no one even asked if they could fill it for us. Never had this bad of customer service here. There were at least 7 employees and no one wanted to help us.

Ordered delivery, my order wasn't right and the manager Justin proceeded to tell me it was. I will never order from them again, they should hire competent people!
