I came in and ordered the 8 piece bone In wings with the Parmesan fries.the customer service was great.food came out fast and tasted great.the dine in area was clean and so was the restroom… great experience I will definitely return again

It's a clean, friendly spot to eat, ut the wings were flavorless. They didn't tasted even salted.

This location is hidden within a strip mall; so don't be frustrated if you pass it the first time.

The food and service was adequate - I went on a Friday night, so they were totally swamped but made sure all of the customers orders were taken or called out when ready.

I will say that my fries seemed to have been sitting out, because they were greasy and soggy when I picked up my order. I know they were busy, so this could have been a one time thing, so I won't judge them harshly on that.

The taste of the wings was good but the person who was working there was cleaning up the trash and didn't wash his hands before disturbing the pickup order. This was not expected. Action needs to be taken. Being hygienic is important!

First time trying wingstop. Not the best first impressions.

The sauces I chose were below average. You can blind pick a random sauce at a grocery store and toss the chicken in it, and I guarantee it would still taste better. Perhaps it was the sauces I chose - original hot and cajun - but I’m pretty sure I’m not overreacting.

The chicken breading was not crispy at all - it was soggy, and with the sauces, it wasn’t pleasant.

Extra crispy chicken wings in 15 minutes. Nothing more to say.oh, the staff here is always smiling.

Came in to get my order told the person working the front counter that my order was wrong. He went and got the manager. She told me it was right and all my stuff was wrong. What a trash location with herendous customer service. Won't go back.

Wings Straight trash! Smh fries soggy and greasy and they are not getting new fries until the soggy ones are gone I rather drive to south park Meadows oh and it's a whole new staff that's probably the problem

Easily the best run Wingstop I’ve been to despite being slammed with online orders, they still served me on time and with accuracy.

Ordered online and got to the store 30mins after ordering, but when we got to the store they couldn't even find the order. The guy at the front counter (who was in just regular clothes, not even a uniform) proceeded to help 5 other people before helping me again and just said "we don't have your order here. " I showed him my receipt and he wandered back and forth for a few minutes until someone from the kitchen came to help me. They finally found my receipt and said they would remake it and it would take 20 more minutes, and at this rate it had already been an hour since I ordered. No compensation for the extra time we had to wait for them to make our order, no apology or explanation. Disappointed because this location is usually better than this.

Food is always good but I ordered delivery and the driver didn’t knock and I didn’t receive any notification so my food sat outside until I realized it had been delivered… cold food. I ordered well done fries and they certainly were not crispy, also missing all my dipping sauces.

I love Wingstop and I tried this location for the first time today and i was disappointed. The fries were veryyyy lightly seasoned and luke warm, and the wings had very little sauce and was also luke warm. It wasn’t bad necessarily but it was probably my worst run in with a wingstop

Not bad! I haven't been to this location in like 10 years but not much has changed. I did an online order for carryout and it was ready in exactly the projected time. I expected it to be busier for a Friday evening but I had no wait at all.

The wings were cooked perfectly (I got standard bone-in wings). They could have done with just a bit more seasoning but I'll make sure to ask for extra next time. The fries were soggy/floppy but that's par for the course with Wingstop fries - nothing that a few minutes in an air fryer couldn't fix. The fry seasoning was great though, not too much and not too little.

The only thing I absolutely did not like were the carrot sticks. They seemed like they had previously been frozen and were very waterlogged. Maybe they were frozen too long or in the fridge too long or something. I took maybe two bites and threw the rest away. Next time I'll have my own veggies on standby. Those were a total waste.

I'll order from here again though. They satisfied a Friday night wing craving perfectly.

The food was delicious, the preparation time was on point I just wished the service was better the cashier asked me for my name and went I told her she laughed, didn’t know if it was towards me or her coworkers because after she swiped my card and gave it to me she turned quickly and went right back to talking to her coworkers about what they were going to do later…

Usually get a family meal and order with the app. Always have the order correct and ready on time. The staff is helpful and on top of thing when it’s busy.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. It just keeps ringing. This happens all the time.

So I went to this establishment and asked for the wait time for an order. 20 minutes was the response while I looked in the background and employees were standing around. Dining was empty as well as the parking lot. Will not go back again.
