Wingstop, Laredo TX

I enjoy the wings from Wing Stop along with the fries, however I sometimes don't enjoy the pool of grease at the bottom of my wing's plate.

It was a busy Sunday night, and our online order took longer than estimated on the app. The order was correct though. The restaurant was noisy, but it's understandable because of all the people. The food was freshly made. The employees were nice and helpful.

Wings were ok, but slightly under seasoned and slightly overcooked. Fries are never good there. They’re always nearly burned.

Food is just not as good as I remember Wingstop being compared to BW's. Too much sauce, feathers on chicken still, etc.

Honestly honestly, even tho they was busy busy, they got my order right, didn't take longer than an hour, just right. Yeah I was hungry, I was kinda getting impatient but I honestly don't regret waiting on my warm, delicious food. Besides the food, OMG y'all's employees deserve a raise onggg. Personally wouldn't have the patient they had and dealing with impatient costumers. Funny cause I ordered before some and they got their food before me, and some still have the audacity to be entitled to get mad, IM HUNGRY TOO AND HAVE SOMEHWERE TO BE, but ay totally worth it! Honestly, amazing crew, amazing food. I'm kinda in awe because I never seen or dealt with such patient employees honestly, in a way they made my day. I'll check my receipt later for the names

Dumbest thing ever to have the same line to place an order and to pick up an online order. I placed an order 45 minutes ago, only to get there and have to stand behind a line of 10 people who are both trying to place a new order and to pick up an online order. They should have one line to place new orders and another area to pick up an order placed online.

We waited a little over an hour for our order. This is the 1st wing stop I have ever been to that dose not have a self serving drink station! I strongly believe if they had a self serve station for drinks their wait time would not be so long! Employees will be focused on getting order out rather then filling cups for all guests! Will not be returning to this location!

Place was pretty sufficient considering I went 40 minutes before closing good food good service!

Wingstop is the best! I just wish they had a sink outside the bathrooms just to wash your hands.

This is the second time half my wings don't have any sauce and 1-2 of them were not eaven wings they were just breading in a ball.

Despite the fact that they had to confirm every item on my ticket for pick up. The forgot the one item that they made me Confirm. I called back to complain about credit and it was issued.

My go to wing place, love this place. Lemon pepper and original Buffalo wings were awesome along with the fries and veggies.

Laredo was under a boil notice and it was 4 days in. I walked in to order lunch, and the first thing that was said by a rude employee, "were under a boil notice, only have bottled drinks, they're all warm.is that ok? " REALLY!? Needless to say, I sent to Panda Express right next door and drank COLD bottled soda with no problem. That simply reveals poor management and employees who don't care.

What a terrible experience I had today. I usually come to this location because we love wings here, but we hadn’t been here in a while. I had an employee hand me my order wrong and was able to check before I left restaurant. As soon as i addressed the mistake she was annoyed and told me that’s the way I had ordered it. I decided to leave my order like that to avoid conflict.
