Shouldn't take an hour to get a small order of wings: (And this is fast food not a gourmet meal. And the staff don't care. They are completely nonchalant about the long wait.
Came by a little late and they were the only thing I wanted to eat so late, they came through and saved the day. We went inside and the food was not ready yet, but we went back to the car to wait. A nice employee came out and handed us the food and that was so nice and thoughtful. Thank you!
I’ve been here for 30 minutes and no one has cleaned up a huge spill in the middle of the lobby! All these kids with long hair with no hair nets are standing around not washing hands or cleaning the floor! Filthy disgusting inside. Poor poor management. Health code violations everywhere. Don’t eat here
They seem to always forget the ranch. It doesn't really make sense to forget the sauce. Maybe forgetting one sauce, but forgetting all of the ranches even the ones that weren't added as extra is just a little careless. If the ranch was free it wouldn't matter, but I paid for it.
60 minute wait at 11 pm with two cashiers talking about how much work they “don’t do” everyday.proceeded to give us two order in which the wings were covered in grease and oil alongside the fries. They also proceeded to give us a large piece of fried chicken skin which is shown below: (this place has great food when done right but lately the service has been atrocious).
Tried to dine in, but had to leave and request a refund after an HOUR wait. The reason was the worst and the manager on the shift had no customer service skills. Truly a waste of time and will never be back to a Wingstop because of it.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited 20 minutes for quite frankly gross fries and an order of boned chicken when I ordered boneless. The employees were outside smoking weed when I arrived and were quite horrible at their job. Avoid this place if at all possible.which it is I’d go to Taco Bell out of all places.
I did not receive part of my order although I was charged for it. (Ordered through door dash) This is not the first time this has happened at Wingstop - different location. I've learned my lesson finally.
Very rude manager, I saw him yelling at a customer while I was waiting for my order. The guy was only asking what was the eta of his order and he got mad because he had asked a couple times bf, There's not reason to act like that even when you're super busy. If accept to be a manager must know how to deal with pressure. Definitely not coming back to this store, very disappointed.
I was trying to call in my order last night around 7. The person (Peyton) that answered the phone immediately put me on hold. After about 5 minutes, I decided to drive to Wingstop. I was still on hold when I arrived and stood in a line with two people ahead of me. When I approached the counter, I informed Peyton that she could hang up my line now as I drove to Wingstop and she still had me on hold. She asked, "which line? " Apparently her method of handling calls is to answer the phone and leave them on hold indefinitely. She didn't apologize, she just got defensive and said something to the effect that she was busy waiting on customers and that the wait time for an order was about 35 minutes. I spoke with the manager and he (Joshua) was apologetic and asked if he could throw in a couple of brownies. I left and came back 30 minutes later. She handed me my order and I noticed the phone was off the hook and the lines were blinking. I guess she didn't change her practice. When I arrived home, I checked my food and noticed that they didn't include the brownies or any of my sauces. The chicken was good but the fries were a bit hard and the service was horrible! Oh, and there were around 5 guys, 4 of which were just standing around.
The wings were crusty and they had blood on them. The fires were unseasoned and soggy. Garlic Parmesan was disgusting and so was the new bbq flavor.
Worst Wingstop I've ever been to I can't believe what my family and I experienced with one of the Male employees tall white young man with long hair arguing with us and the manager never stept in let our food sit in the take out rack for almost 30 min I had my babies they were hungry I understand the wait but the fact that they didn't care
I’ve ordered from here 3 times since 2015. You have messed up my order all 3 times. The last two being orders through DoorDash. This last time last night you shorted me 11 wings…. 11WINGS!
Plus an order of celery. I want a refund but no one is picking up the phone last night.

***Want to edit to reiterate how truly horrible this location is. *** I have yet to get an order actually delivered from here that’s not wrong or freezing cold. It’s hilarious at this point.
Worst service I’ve ever had at a wing stop. This location always has people who don’t care about the customers. I’m a business owner and pride myself on quality service and it appears ownership at this location takes no pride in theirs. It is one thing to have to wait for your order, but another to have to shout because the music in the back is so loud and then sit on hold for 15 minutes while they try and figure out who’s phone is playing music so loudly in the background that I can hear every word of. I have always loved wing stop for the flavor and portions, so this is not about food. This is simply about terrible service and lack of care for the customer. What should have been a quick 2 minute call-in order turned into a 20 minute call and me waiting for an hour for food. It’s upsetting that loyal customers are consistently crapped on by lazy employees. This location has a huge problem and should look to hire better quality people. Absolutely unreal.
As a former Wingstop manager, this store was not up to Wingstop standards. No greetings, backwards cap, cashier standing around instead of clearing off tables and high ticket times (no hustle). No real leadership deligating.
Placed an order for dine in. We were informed it would take about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, we still hadn't received our meals. Inquired about it, and about 10-15 minutes later. Finally received our food.
The store limits Wing orders after 10: 30. But they close at 11: 00. Also witnessed employees eating and drinking behind the counter. Also witnessed hoses playing behind the counter. Also ask for no Cajun seasoning on fries, they put Cajun seasoning on my fries. The era was corrected, the food was great.
I have gotten food poisoning twice from here. Decided to give them another chance showed up on Saturday night and they have a 45 minute wait for your wings no thank you get your stuff together guys you are the worst Wingstop ever
