The counter lady may have been stoned. She forgot my name, forgot how many I ordered, forgot what flavor. I thought I was on one of those TV shows where they set you up. They didn't tell me how long my togo order would take or to have a seat or smile or anything. When they called my name, not a thanks or have a good night or even a get screwed. Nothing. I won't be back. Plenty of wing places around

Every pick up I attempt to do with Door Dash they never have food ready. I've been to other locations same problem. I've been a customer who ordered from another location and same problem. I don't understand why food is never ready. Other restaurants don't seem to have that issue all the time.

Lady in the front is super sweet but I was on my lunch break and she took they guys order in front of me 3x before getting right while my order was already ready all needed was to pay they need to have someone a little bit faster especially for rush hour

There’s an employee named Henry that was probably one of the nicest people in the service industry that I’ve ever crossed paths with. My daughter spilled her drink and he was right there with a new cup and a smile, helping clean up - just and all around great guy. His customer service made our eating experience a 10 - the owners of this branch should be honored to have him as an employee!

Wasn't impressed with chicken wings more like nuggets, and the loaded fries weren't to my liking. The tiny corn cobs were dry like they weren't fresh.

Horrible Service, Screwed Up My Room A Few Times, Had Me Change Rooms Twice, Sink Drain Wouldn’t Work or Toilets. I’m A Truck Driver And Four Police ‍️ Officers Showed Up To Get Me To Move My Truck, So I Checked Out Two Days Early, Didn’t Want To Be Away From My Teuck.

This is the only place that allows you to order online but when you get there to pick makes you wait in a long line just to pay for it while they help other customers. I'm standing here staring at my bags waiting while they put orders in for other customers and mine is just getting cold. They should not offer online pickup orders if you still have to wait when you get here.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless meal. Half my order was nothing but hard crust that I couldn’t put my fork in because it was so hard. I spoke to the manager and she said that she complained to the general manager and they were told that they have to “get rid of them” because they ordered a bunch like that, meaning sell them to their customers.
We’ve never had this happen before and I always take my family to eat there.
I don’t know that we will be back any time soon.

Would have been nice to get some food had placed my order at 11: 30 showed up 15 minutes later and the people that were working said they were closed

Only reason i gave 1 is cuz theres's no 0 star button.got charged different price than what my online order, said about 15-20 mins, took them 40 mins, got to the car and realized i was missing part of my order, took them long to help me with the missing item and got attitude for saying something.

Favorite place for wings. Cooked just like we ordered, well done. Not overcooked, done just right. Fries & veggie sticks are always the perfect pair to complement the wings & they have the best tasting ranch dressing.

Always so good. Garlic parmesan boneless bites are the way to go. Fries are great alone or with the ranch.

Love this place they make my wings to my liking. And I am very picky about my wings. Thanks Wingstop you guys are the best.

The wing where freezer could, they had feathers and you say some thing and they look at you like if I want my money back or something, I don't I spend $49.50 on that order it's not the money it's what I wanted to eat. This was in pleasenton TX, I am sorry.but it's true

Friendly staff, clean tables and floors.

Solid wings as always. Ordered online for the first time and showed up earlier than I was supposed to however they already had the wings ready to go!
