Lobby look great food was okay but there a guy always picking up after After someone in the lobby. Floor don’t smell anymore no offense to no one. Restroom looks cleaner or it change management. My families was please with the store. I come here about 3 years before it was horrible. Now it looks great. Can’t complain that one Hispanic guy who was cleaning. More respect for him. It seems he like is job. I’m not bragging but store look better. What it was before.

Sweetest employees and i’ve never given a place a bad review but i ordered online and my food sat there on the shelf for 20 minutes after i asked if it was ready and they told me no, then proceed to forget half my order and the ranch we paid extra for

This place is disgustingly unorganized and the customer service is ridiculous. Do not attempt to place an order to be delivered. It will never arrive correctly. Our second time ordering to be delivered and items were missing. My daughter also ordered online. 1.5/hrs later, order still not ready and the staff has no clue of what’s going on with her order. I will not be patronizing this location again. They appear to have very young staff who doesn’t have a clue if the place closes down, they won’t have a job but I guess they don’t care about that. You’ve been forewarned. If I could give no stars, I would.

Tried to do a call in order women on phone didn't let me finish order and told me that it will be 45 mins before its ready when I asked her why she act like she couldn't hear me then hung up

I attempted to call because I wanted a special sauce. But they would not answer the phone! Upon walking in at 11pm, I tell them I want to place an order togo, they tell me that they aren’t accepting orders anymore. I walked to my car and made a mobile order and was able to order my food and pick it up.

No stars if possible. Don’t even try calling this place I called like 10 times and when I got tired of calling and drove up to the store they had the phone just sitting on hold on the side of the register so that they could not awnser any more calls and this was around 9 pm horrible service every time I try to give this place another shot.

Second time I came here to pick up an order that was not ready and waiting for it over 20 minutes for it even when the order was placed 30 minutes before arrival. This last visit, we were not even told the food was ready and waited while the crew continued serving guest that placed orders walking in, some of those guest walked out before we did. Probably won't return to this location. There was a crew member with her hair down over the food, that needs a hair net or cap.

Absolutely terrible! Staff does no care at all. I waited one and half hours for my order for it to be wrong after all that. At about and hour or a little over I asked for a refund I needed to get home (the online said 15-20 min) they said the manager was busy and couldn’t do it but yet I see employees in the back on the phone and standing around. Lobby full of angry customers. Bad night I guess i don’t know but definitely not okay

This is ridiculous this is the 2nd restaurant I pulled up to in the same night and they said they are not taking in dine in when clearly the restaurant is open until midnight. If you are not going to serve until the hours listed then update the HOURS!

Ordered 4 combo meals for adults at 17: 46 on 6/5/22. Order was placed and the app said it would be available for pickup in 20-30 after placing the order. Also ordered from Sonic, meals for the kids which would be ready in 10 minutes. Decided to get Sonic food first then to Wingstop. Once we got to Wingstop we checked in and were told our order would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited 15-20 and asked where our order was. They now had no record of the order being received at all. Gladly showed them my email confirmation and order number. They still could not find our order. Took down our order by hand they said the order would be out soon. Took another 30+ minutes to get the order done. From the time we ordered Wingstop to actually getting our order in-hand to getting home with the food it ended up being a 2 hour ordeal. Checked the order once we got home a order was MISSING from the bag. Called the restaurant and they said to come pick up the order they forgot. They did not apologize or give any extra wings for their error or extremely long wait. Could not be more disappointed in their customer service or timely manner to get food out to their customers and somehow managed to still screw up an order after hand writing it down by staff.

This location is by far the worst ive been too. I ordered fries, corn, and thigh bites. I didnt recieve my corn, fries had a hair in it, at that point i didt want thigh bites. Called several times with no answer. Finally got through and the assistant manager was completely unhelpful. She stated that they been out of corn for five days but no one told me this when i picked my order up. Clearly everyone is here just to collect a check.

Got home after ordering food to go for my family to find half my order not in the bag. After calling them to let them know of the short order I then went back to the store to get the other half of my order. I sat in the restaurant for 45 minutes waiting for the rest of my order.

Came in at 11: 15 and was welcomed with “y’all picking up we’re closed right now “ smh when sign clearly says open until midnight! Put a note on door if hours are changing it would be easier just saying

I ordered in house not online not on the phone. I’m watching the kitchen while they work all just messing around playing around and chilling i asked politely how long they started to give me attitude. They don’t seem as busy they are just not working at all or giving any SERVICE I don’t see a manager on site if the owner of this location is reading then please contact me I’ll tell you my experience it’s a Monday and 9-10 pm

This is the second time my order is wrong and not only that what is the point of having to order through the phone if no one picks up not only that but why aren't there any orders being checked when bagged to make sure every order is correct clearly management doesn't seem to be checking to make sure everything is correct nor the workers and not only that but my fries were cold I was told 20 min wait time I get there food is ready but it seems to me that it's been ready for a while my fries didn't even have the extra seasoning that I wanted

This location has a sign that states they are open until midnight. However, upon walking into the location at 11: 26pm, Friday we were turned away with the excuse that they were no longer taking orders. We spoke to the manager on the floor as it was still early enough to take orders and the doors were still open as people were eating inside. The manager on shift (Tee) stated that he shut down the machines for online orders, yet we were in person. So, we of course are taking our money elsewhere, but we would suggest this location change their hours to the time they prefer or the store manager step in and train their substitute managers to do their job. How much is this locations owner willing to lose in revenue due to lazy employees?

Terrible Terrible Terrible.wings are 1-10 a. 1 because they don’t ever give you good fresh wings, fries are hot but are hot and old. They gave us oil to take home at the bottom of our bones less wings.not the same since they’ve had a staff change save your time and money.

As of 5/20/21 they are still listed as "dine in", when in fact they are still down the Covid 19 rabbit hole.

Hands down the best wings in the business bar none.

But nobody wants to get take out wings and get home to a soggy mess. Wings are best enjoyed fresh from the kitchen.

I've been eating them in the parking lot in my car for a year now. Time to get with the program.

The Hawaiian sauce tasted awful, so much better in Las Vegas. Fries were not well done, but no location ever gets this right.
