Ordered 3/10 and it was horrible. Ordered extra well done and received wings that are barely done. Like chewing on a rubber band they were so soft and mushy - had to put them in the oven and finish cooking them myself. Fries were cold and rubbery. Dips were only filled about a quarter of the way. Nothing about my order was good. Avoid this place

Very poor service. Sunday 350pm walked in to get an order. The soda machine was out and the “manager” tells me there is nothing he can do. Tells me I ordered the combo and drinks are free. I wasn’t asking for my money back. Was asking for my drink. Poor attitude and service. Should be 0 stars.

I'd rate it 0 if I could. Was an issue with delivery through the Wingstop app and we never received our food. The customer service with WINGSTOP 114TH during this issue was HORRIBLE. Manager wouldn't even tell me her name. Had same issues as other people who left reviews. Why am I spending over $70 for y'alls mess up and poor service? Manager didnt care AT ALL and she made it clear. Only worker who was helpful was Samuel. That's who should be running this place, he was the nicest and still couldn't do much to help us unfortunately.

Lousy manager threw customers out and refused to serve them after they’d been waitin a long time in line, because she didn’t want to take anymore walk ins.

If I could give them half a star I would. First the girl answered yelling at the cooks my order that was wrong as I kept repeating to her that no that's wrong. She finally said it correctly. $70 worth and we got hot/lemon they specifically told me call to do the mild/lemon. Allllll wrong. I then called the manager and he said there was nothing they could do she got it wrong but he wasn't going to do anything about it. Worst absolutely worst. I asked for their names and he refused. I'll be calling corporate!

This USED to be a good Wingstop. Never had a problem. After the pandemic and lockdowns they seem to have taken a dive face first into the pile of other poorly managed restaurants in Lubbock. “Give me an example you say? ” Well, on several occasions the freestyle soda machine wash completely out of CO2 and other times the syrup would be out. All this MATTERS when you are ordering online. The online ordering is frozen by the manager or regional manager at will. There is no warning that you are about to waste your time if you began an online order and they have blocked the online ordering at the store until you press checkout and you receive an error. You cannot retrieve the time you have lost once you realize what is happening. I have spoken to the staff and they place the blame on short staffing and the upper management. The staff does not greet you regularly and they also do not seem to have any sense of urgency. I hope this review finds the appropriate people and that the items reviewed here will be looked into. There are a variety of problems that will cause your business to continue to degrade itself from within. Good luck to you. I have place my order at wing daddy’s on Milwaukee where I’ve always had great service and had the manager personally take care of the SINGLE problem I did have there.

Getting a 2 star, the wings and flavors are good, but the staff and the fact they don’t take phone orders anymore, is why I gave a 2 star. Doesn’t make sense to not take orders over the phone when this location is only a to go location

Terrible service when I mentioned my order being messed up manager starts acting rude. Spent about 80$ had to waste half the wings I purchased because they didn’t like me placing my order an hour before close I guess. Asked for hot lemon pepper they gave me atomic with lemon pepper so those really didn’t get eaten got tossed. Now they want me to take the wings that are in the trash for them to do anything makes no sense. Apparently the hot sauce is dark red like atomic and is just super hot when I’ve ate the hot numerous times and weren’t ever close to hot. Will not be returning to spend that much money again just to get robbed

Worst wingstop. Paid 40$ for unseasoned fries wings had no flavor. Need to hire someone instead of yt people. Food needs some type of flavor.

This location started out great and was my go to location even though it's across town from me - until last time I tried to order. Placed on line and submitted then told me not accepting online orders and call the store. I called, ring few times and automated message picks up saying to order online - did this multiple times. Then went to store to place order. The guy at counter was confused and asked lady (manager?) loading bags if I could order. She said no. He told me they are not accepting in store orders for another 20 minutes and to place order online. I told him online ordering wasn't working either and he said that it's working now. Even if the wait was an hour and half, just let me know and let me order. I tried hard to place an order in all 3 available ways and was denied. I don't understand why it is so hard to have a consistent experience at any Wingstop location.

Waited twenty mins on the phone finally someone picked up and spoke so fast that I could not understand a word except for you have to use a card to order and is that OK. People are ridiculous

This location USED to be great but here recently it’s been horrible ordering from. My food was completely messed up, I ordered a 8 piece extra well done all drum meal- when we got home my wings were not all drum and they were not cooked accordingly. My husband called and spoke to the shift manager (who is worthless) and asked if they can redo our meals. She (the manager) said they would redo mine but not my husbands. It’s like they punish us for their mistake. It’s a 12 minute drive from our house to wingstop, my husbands food would have been cold by the time I would get mine, again I don’t know why they couldn’t redo our entire meal when it’s their fault. How you can mess up wings when all you do are WINGS? FYI- when we picked up our order all the employees including the shift manager were just standing around doing Absolutely nothing!

Every time you order extra ranch they never give it to you. And then they want to get an attitude when you ask them for it, even tho you paid for it. Fries are always old or over cooked. They have to get a new leader because they don’t know how to run this establishment right!

App never works but they advertise it and every time you contact them, it goes to voicemail! It is so annoying! When you finally order it and go pick it up, staff is just hanging out & don’t look busy that they can’t answer the phone or have the app running for orders!

Newest location in Lubbock and it’s the worst!

Poor management. Couldn’t even get an order of fries dropped to go, It was a 30 minute wait, even for fries…
Wow ‍️ I won’t be back, and I am shopping in that area at least twice a week!

Do not order delivery from this location (114th street). The delivery driver never showed up. When I called the store (had to call 3 times to get ahold of someone) to have a replacement meal delivered I was told I would have to wait an hour for a replacement meal after being told there was nothing they could do because it wasn't their fault. When I contacted the delivery driver she said to "do what you have to do" terrible experience and I urge you to not use this location. There is another location just down the street that won't steal from you.
