Food was 20 minutes late. Employees are extremely rude and won't hardly speak to you. Act like they are bothered that they have to do their job. Worst service I've had.

My food was pretty good, the original hot is a solid flavor you just can’t go wrong with. The Cajun is decent, I liked the original hot more.
As far as service, I would like to see a significant improvement. I place so much value on the important of making sure a customer is greeted and check on. I’d like to see the staff be quicker and more attentive and driven. My experience today was that they came off as slow and unmotivated and rude. I don’t really think that professional employees should carry side conversations in front of a customers.

Went in to order takeout. Sat there for 40min just to find out they lost my order. No apologies, nothing. The girl taking orders wasn't really rude, but didn't seem to care

Be comeing here for years and can't believe. The service was horrible and the guy guess he was a manager was rude.the wait was Ridiculous. I will never go to this wingstop again.i will drive across town.

I retract my review 4 years ago I had a bad experience but today we dashed a order and it was all wrong so I called and they were already closed but the GM Eliud was there and remade our order and let us pick it up even though it was after hours I appreciate that so much he went out of his way to make sure we got our food

I just let owner’s know … I am a door desher … your employee keep me waiting purposely… they keep me waiting 30 minutes every time … and they make ready order for those who came after me …if you will explain they will understand who you are talking about…

Wish I could could give Zero stars! Went here yesterday for a date night. Only one family of 4 was there when we made our order, and after we ordered, we were told there was a 25-minute wait. The inside of the establishment is disgusting. One table just had everyone's trash sitting on top as there wasn't a trash can in sight. Trash and spilled food on the floor and the tables that were available. Once the food arrived, the only thing good about it was the fries. We both had the chicken sandwich in itself, which was decent but didn't have much flavor, and the buns were overly stale.

Ordered through door dash a few weeks ago. They gave my food away to a random person. Thought I would give them one more chance.my food was full of hair! NEVER AGAIN!

Everytime I try to order online it doesn't work tells me try again later. Then I called and the weren't taking call in orders. I ordered in store wings where good and staff where nice.

Told me they couldn't take my order over the phone. People are getting lazier and lazier. 4-20-23 1: 36pm

It was 11: 15am, they open at 11: 00am. We walked in and got yelled at by an employee, told us they were not open yet. We asked if he knew when they would open and he replied he didn't know.

Gary nd his crew were very polite, greeted me as soon as I walked in, the wings were delicious exactly what i ordered I got it in a timely matter, will definitely be back SOON! Thanx Gary.

Refused to take my order over phone on 2/10/23 @ 10: 30pm. Do not recommend this place at all.

Ordered food and it arrived on time but immediately after eating it I got very sick. The meat must not have been cooked all of the way because I got food poisoning and when I called to let them know, the gentleman on the phone apologized that I got sick and then hung up.

Girl saw me standing there sat down started drinking a drink there were 8 to go orders I finally just had to ask since no one would wait on me. This is usual for this wing stop

Just when I gave up on wing stop I had to dig deep to give it one last try. Man the team working today is order was on point! Definitely coming back, this is my 2 time this week.awesome job to all the staff!
