Food is normally awesome but tonight the Habenaro Mango had almost no flavor. Disappointing. Seriously I could feed these to an infant. Maybe they forgot the sauce.

If I could give them zero stars I would if my food is supposed to be ready at 7: 05 why are they lying saying it’s almost ready and tell me at 7: 40 the food is about to be made. The customer service sucks it’s always something wrong with my order or they give you the wrong order. It suck that’s it the only one around. I’m just done with this place

My experience was pretty bad, my chicken flavors were wrong, I paid an extra $1 for all flats and got mainly drums. Half of my wings were still pink, cold and undercooked. I had to spit all of the bites out because I was not trying to get food poisoning. It was a terrible experience on wingstop, I don’t think I will be back I lost trust in them. Spent $20 and only ate 3 wings and some of the fries (which were cold)

They had way more orders they could handle. They had one girl doing the register in the 30 extra mins then it said. So my order was placed on their app and it took a little over an hour and had the papers in-between the flavors and mine was doused in the other sauce which was not the best combination. It was hot and fresh, I will give it that.

Made us wait for just one large fries for 30 minutes. Who came after us even got their order.

The customer service at this place is horrible. I ordered online and specifically put that I wanted ALL FLATS for an extra amount of money and I didn't get that so I told someone and the black guy in the kitchen had an attitude about it and they told me I should've selected it online and when I told them I did they just shrugged their shoulders like oh well. The food was HORRIBLE and the chicken was bad as well so that will be my first and LAST time eating there.

This Wingstop is my go-to for wings. I order takeout and my order is always ready on time. The wings are always crispy, hot, and flavorful. My flavor wings are the Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub. So yummy! I love their ranch dressing, I always buy extra. Good wings and good serve!

45 minute wait for food. This place has a hard time keeping up with peoples orders, it's sad to see how slow they are.

We waited for our large order as always, and the air conditioning was out, plus the food was well OVER SEASONED! Not able to eat it- the corn tasted like pure salt, the hot wings tasted like someone just poured hot sauce and cayenne pepper on meat! No real flavor. I liked this place last year when my daughter turned me onto to them. However we won’t be back after 80.00 plus dollars spent! OH AND THE FOOD WAS COLD WHEN WE GOT HOME 7 minutes away! (remember we waited for them to finish so called cooking the food)

Was lucky to be joined by the beautiful Samirah this evening who has assisted me with a couple orders the past few days and is so sweet when being interactive with the customers.

I always ask for extra extra extra lemon pepper seasonings and it was only once I was disappointed after that never had a issue again. The young ladies always was great customer service and laugh when they knew it was me. I love this location and the ppl who take my order. I'm about to order my wings right now.

I placed my order thinking everything was fine. They didn’t even start on my order until an HOUR AFTER I placed my order and the employee told me that they FORGOT my order. That’s freaking ridiculous.

Placed my order on line. Waited the 20 minutes estimated time they said. Then took me 5 minutes to get there. STILL had to wait there 15 minutes in a hot store for my order.

This is nasty like ik better chicken places that better then this, fries taste like potatos which is nasty

Every single time I come here after placing an online order I sit and wait on my order to be called only for it to be sitting on the shelf behind the cashier… they literally check the kitchen for the order and will come back and say it isnt up yet then after sitting there for another 20 minutes, i ask where my order is and it is sitting on the damn shelf… mind you i already waited 15 minutes after placing the order to come into the store to pick it up…. This is damn near every single time!

Slowest wingstop.waited over r about for a 10 piece combo! I will never go back to this wingstop! I do not recommend

Been 5 times have ordered from this place and always something wrong or have forgotten our food then they laugh on the phone say not our problem call doordash will never use this location again
