They got some stupid delivery drivers working for them. It literally says leave at door and the driver leaves it at the garage door. I didn't even bother talking to the dude when I saw him in his car. What a complete moron. The only way I knew it was at the garage door was by looking at the barely visible picture because he took it in the dark with no flash. The driver's name is Nino.

I think Wingstop is getting ridiculous with the pricing. A combo of 20 wings is almost $40 and these wings are so small. No inflation gives these restaurants the right to sell wings at these prices. Wings nowadays cost more than beef, & pork, why? It's not just you alone, Wingstop, as others doing the same. Then they all complain that business isn't as good as before, duh

Lost is touch. I can remember when I never use to get a bad Bach of wings.now it's seems like a hit and miss. I got a new spot now I have been going to for a minute now and it is cheaper and better wings.

First and last time going to this location. With my family in tow and a car full of groceries, placed order online and picked up the bags at the location. Wasn't until we arrived home that we realized the 2 orders of carrot sticks were left out. Had to drive back to pick them up. I'd probably have been ok if that were it, but after items missing from our dinner, having to drive back to get them, then drive back home to barely warm food at that point, they had given me the wrong flavor. Won't be returning. Rather drive little further to another location next time. It'll probably end up costing less gas what with the one trip and at least I know I'll get what I ordered.

Very bad service. I asked for the Barbiquio sauce on de say and I wanted to charge for it too and for the cold potatoes. This should not happen in a restaurant. It is very bad. I do not recommend it.

Went to pickup a delivery order. Woman at the front was having a personal call and hardly addressed me. The order was not ready and had to wait almost 10 mins. Finally her very important call was finished so she let me know the food would be a few mins. Terrible service.

Chicken sandwich DRY AF! What's the point of ordering from wingstop if you can't get ranch! Nothing about this location is good! Should've just starved. At least the one at home delivers directly from the restaurant and won't over fry the chicken

Baby they didn’t even take the time out to clean the feathers off the dang chicken. How unsanitary is that and I’m so glad I got to the food my kids may have eaten this chicken with feathers sticking out. I feel like you guys didn’t even wash it because had you washed the chicken you would’ve seen the feathers sticking out of it and had the common courtesy to clean it.

My wife and i decided to come to this location as it is closer to our house than the Allen. The last order we had from them my wings were cook okay but my pregnant wife wings were undercooked and you can still see raw parts this is ridiculous and shouldn't be no excuse to service medium wings with pink in the middle we will just go back to the Allen location as this one needs work

Not sure about some of the negative reviews here. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The chicken was fresh and juicy and the portions were awesome. It’s a step above the other locations around here

This restaurant got my order wrong multiple times.my wings also was not pleasing, i seen brown spots/undercooked meat.i will not eat here again, 0/10 i wouldn't recommend.

Owner of WingStop store #2255! You need to watch your cameras and see what kind of employees you hired. Your so-called chief cook, Daniel, and the only other female cashier on shift need more customer service lessons. On 1/8/2023, I came in and placed my order in Spanish (please see attached). As I waited for my meal Daniel and the female cashier bad-mouthed previous customers in Spanish. After 15 minutes, I got up and walked to Panda next door for more food. After 30 minutes, my wings were still not done. Your restaurant was empty, with FOUR cooks on shift. I told Daniel that if he did his job instead of playing on his phone while the other cashier took back-to-back breaks- things would get done.
PS. I also reported this experience to the BBB

This Wingstop location is my favorite. My order is always fresh at pickup and wings are prepared just how I like them- extra well done.

Chicken isn’t cooked well especially the chicken sandwich. This place is near my home and new was really excited, but not after this service I had. Food was terrible

I love wingstop. My family loves wingstop. So it brings me great misfortune to have to write this horrible review. I ordered food from this new wingstop online through their website for delivery. I received a text stating my order was dropped off but it wasnt, so I called wingstop to see where my order was and this is where the fun began.
I wish I had gotten the persons name I talked on the phone but I forgot. We will call him 'John'. I told John I did not get my order and he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his fault. I understand it wasn't your fault John, but I have spent $50 on wings and I have no product. I was getting nowhere with John, so I asked to speak to his manager. John proceeded to tell me he was the manager. I said ok John, if you ordered food online and it wasn't received would you not want a refund? He said yes he would, so I said I would like a refund and he said, I kid you not, let me talk to my supervisor. John, you said you were the manager? Instantly I was put on hold. Five minutes later I'm still on hold so I hung up and called back. I was instantly put on hold again without anyone saying hello, I figured they have caller ID, so I called from my daughters phone and the call was instantly picked up. This time it wasn't 'John', it was someone else who I again did not get their name. He proceeded to tell me I had to call doordash. I said I didn't go through doordash, I went through your website. He refused to give me a refund, so I called doordash. Guess what doordash told me? I had to call wingstop! I had been dealing with this for an hour by now so I decided not to pursue it further that evening so my hangry kids would not start eating our cute little dog. I instead wrote wingstop an email through their customer service portal. Its been about 5 days and I have not heard back. I just filed a dispute with my credit card. I love wingstops wings.and yes I will probably eat wingstop again because my kids love it even more than I do. I'm writing this to let you know my experience with the individuals who work there. I will not be going to this particular wingstop again and I hope that if you decide on wingstop you will stay away from this one.

I’m very excited about this new location. The staff are very hard working and friendly. Got my order quick, fresh and hot. Worth every penny! Will come back soon.
