Wingstop, Irving TX

The two Hispanic girls at the counter are rude and just on their phones. I ordered a 15 piece combo. I was givin11 wings. I had to go back for my wings that I was missing and I asked for an additional sauce for having to come back I was declined. I guess they were upset with me that they had counted the wings wrong.

Good wings for take out. Easy to order at counter or online. There’s a bit of a wait either way but that’s all ok to avoid eating raw food. It was tasty and they didn’t forget anything. No dine in

I never give 5 stars but yet this is the best Wingstop location I ever been to where it is clean, the girls are very sweet, and the food is cooked perfect and very tasty. I will never go to a other location ever again!

I placed an order online n lemme tell u these workers are a blessing from god himself bc i was starving and they did my order right w extra ranch n wings i hope their pillows are cold on both sides, their coffee is the perfect temperature, they find extra cash in their pockets, and that the sun shines just a little extra for them to smile a little bit brighter

I don't know who made the wings on 9/15 during lunch time but they knew how to cook the fries and wings.
This is by far the best location I've tried. Fries weren't burned, big size wings with a generous amount of sauce. Definitely will make this location our new go to.

Find it crazy that on my lemon pepper wings they had feathers on them. Will not eat wingstop again

The service was great and fast but there was what I believe to be a roach in my fries. I’m disgusted and will not be going back sadly.

I’m so frustrated please look at these wings! It was supposed to be atomic and mango habanero. They are actually wings sitting in oil!

I order on average twice a week here and it's always been good.

The only thing negatively is all of the parking gets taken up. I would definitely recommend to get designated parking.

Service Sucks. We had a simple delivery order. Wings with celery and carrots.

Got a huge basket of cold, limp fries instead. Called the store, no help there. Was told to come in on Sunday morning to talk to their manager. Really!

Such an amazing store. The staff here is very hardworking, very welcoming when you enter the store and very helpful when ordering. The cashiers always provide exceptional customer service and the cooks always make my order fresh and accurate. The atmosphere here is super clean. The best wingstop I’ve been too!

This is the best wingstop I’ve been too! My order was ready in a timely manner, the food was super fresh, the wings were not greasy, fries were not soggy and the employees were friendly. I am glad they made a location 5 minutes from my house!

This was my first time ordering wings from this Wingstop, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. Wings were dry, possibly overcooked, just not very good. At least the veggie sticks were fairly fresh, ha. Overall not a good experience.
