Wingstop, Frisco TX

Hands down my favorite Wingstop in Texas. Food is always fresh, hot, and crisp. I always stop in when I’m traveling through the area.

This place is disgusting and deplorable. All the tables and chairs have not been cleaned. There are flies flying everywhere. Went to wash hands, can’t touch anything in the women’s bathroom. There is no toilet paper. Asked for some toilet paper and was told the restaurant is out of toilet paper. Will not come back.

Sad to report this WS location has gone downhill. Way down. The wings use to be plump and tender. The last couple of times I went they were way over cooked and not sauced up enough. The seasoning of the fries were so uneven too. Some pieces had too much seasoning and others had none. They should take some time and toss it evenly instead of rushing it! I’m guessing some of the old cooks left. Not going back to this location for a good while…. Maybe ever. What a bummer because this was my favorite location!

In my honest opinion this has to be the best wingstop I’ve ever had. I’ve had wingstop all over the country and never have I ever experienced the consistency of freshness, stellar customer service, accuracy of order, and cleanliness ALL in one location. Most places have one or two but missing out on the other small things that make a great restaurant. I continue to visit here because I know what to expect. Lorenzo & Daijah (sorry if I missed spelled her name) always greets me with a smile and a, “how’s your day/week going? ” and my food is always on point. Keep up the great work!

Got lunch around 2 and it was 3 beautiful black girls back there and my food was HOT, SAUCED WELL AND CRISPY they ate that for sure made me have a better day at work

At this point yall need to shut all the wing stop down Can't follow directions, wings are trash dry and not done also i will be contacting the health department

They make you wait more than 1 hour for the order you wait for the food is good but the employees do not serve

I Walked in and immediately noticed a dirty restaurant. I still ordered with hesitancy.but once i started to see the cook without gloves and not washing hands I asked to cancel order. They were kind about refunding me and did not get an attitude but the cleanliness of the place needs to be looked into.

Waited 25 minutes just to receive the wrong order. Then sat on the phone for 10 minutes on hold waiting for a manager.

My husband and I are both throwing up after eating here. I’m so mad at myself for not asking for a refund after I saw 2 employees playing with phones while preparing the food. This location needs the health department to step in. From the reviews I’ve read it sounds like others have gotten sick after eating here as well. I will be contacting the health department to file a complaint.

Just left ordered 24 PC combo and my food was being prepare. I observed the manager Caucasian male. Cleaning his eyeglasses, Gazing over the prep bowl for the cooked fries. Then Put his glasses on without gloves and started eating some of the customer fries as there order was coming up. He did not was hands. I canceled my order.

Be sure to check the to go order before you leave. They are guaranteed to forget the sauce and half of the time they forget the fries.

It was the worst service i ever had in my life, the cashier ignored me the whole time (her name is Racarelle) i had to ask 4 times for me to get her attention. I definitilly would not came back to this place again. They need to train their staff more for sure.

We ordered the Classic 8 piece bone in combo and veggie sticks. The standard wait is 30 minutes which is what dine in customers should expect. The food was freshly prepared and flavorful, it was worth it. The tables were messy and were later cleaned as the employees were quiet busy. There are about 8 tables at the restaurant if you plan to dine in.

I don’t know what you heard about their ranch but it’s the best tasting ranch you’ll ever taste at a fast food place. I get lemon pepper and Louisiana mix every time and just wish they would understand that extra seasoning on wings do not mean to douse the wings in seasoning to the point where it’s inedible.

Notoriously very small pieces. Go to just wings or Buffalo wild wings. Seems this restaurant is under new management. They buy wings by pounds and sell them by the count. The tiniest possible wings on earth.
