Just came to pick up an order that I made online and the order was supposed to be picked up at 8: 39pm and it wasn't ready according to the midget that checked the orders that were ready. So I waited there on the side and she said my order was next to come out so I patiently waited and these 2 other people that were to dine in got there food first than me. One of the employees saw me just waiting there for a while and asked for my name and he checked the trays of orders ready and guess what.my bag was there this whole time. So i got my food at 9: 25pm.never again im i ordering anything from this location. Im so frustrated you made me waste my time. Not even an apology or anything. And to top it off the food was cold not even warm or anything.

Food was great! Service too only issue was the time it takes for dine-in orders to be fulfilled, they have way too many online orders and apparently they take preference over dine-in customers, other than that very recommended.

Everything is awesome I just think they could have mayo and jalapenos in the condiments table other than that it's amazing

My fave is the fries so any way I put an online order made sure sure to put that I wanted at a later time cause I timed myself I wanted it done by 830 I arrived at store at 832 I asked if it was just made he said yes about 5 minutes ago I was like ok perfect … my damn fries were trash. Not cool man not cool … please honor the time we want our order to be ready for freshness!

This is the closest location to us so we go here often. 8/10 times they never get the order right and it's always the special instructions they fail at. I ask for wet wings plus lemon pepper fries and it usually lacks these two things. Only reason we keep going is because it's down the street from us. Food is good the cooks just lack following special instructions.

My online order was not complete when I picked it up. This isn't the first time at this location had happened at least 4 or 5 times that I have to check my order before leaving the building. I told the cashier that I was missing 5 boneless in an order of 50 Dlls and they ask me for my whole order to open all my boxes and verify that I was missing the 5 boneless. I told them that maybe next time they can give me what I'm missing instead of checking in the whole family order. As I am explaining to him I was speaking Spanish and he told me that he didn't speak Spanish, so I started to speak English and he told me again that he didn’t speak Spanish, even though I was speaking English, at the end a lady who is not helping and it's at the kitchen on the back still yell at me “to have a good day! ” But in a sarcastic way, very unprofessional and poor customer service.

25 min for a single order on a slow day, ridiculous. I listen to loud music but when you have to uncomfortably raise your voice to listen to someone next to you is absurd. Soggy fries, and the wings just barely warm, too hungry to complain.

The place is very clean, friendly and attentive when taking the order. The food very clean and tasty.

Third time we show up and there's a 45-1 hour wait time for customers for dine in because there's a long list of online orders. When we walked in all 3 times we where the only ones for dine in all tables where empty. Sucks they prioritize online orders over dine in. This location sucks.

Mango habanero has to be the best flavor in the chicken wing universe, and this place cooks it to perfection.

It had been a long time since I came for the same reason, waiting almost an hour for my order.more than six subsequent orders came out before mine, and they don't know where my order is, not to mention, so that it can be removed, yes I already know why I come. The worst thing is that they gave me my incomplete order, I got home and my general stopped blinking, not to mention returning me, they completed my order in five minutes and that's it, wasn't it better to do it that way from the beginning?
