Good nice sized wings. Hot and cooked well. I ordered veggie sticks and got fries. Jesus and his manager really need to be more conscientious. When I called back, Jesus changed his story a few times. The order being incorrect was the detractor.
Here it is a year later from my first review. Out of 15 wings I got one flat and the drums were overcooked. I was given a partial replacement of 10 flats since I brought back 5 of the drums from the day before.most of which I had taken a bite of and threw in the trash. Jose kept saying I ate them. Then he admitted they charge $. 20 each extra for flats. Thus the explanation of why we got drums.
It's simply a money thing and has nothing to do with being ethical. Bringing them back was only a courtesy on my part at that. Above all I found a hair in my food the second time around. See photo. Never again!
Hi there. I went to the dumpster in the back of the store. I got such delicious wings from there.
Sometimes it seems like the food will never come out, and other times, it's waiting when we get there.
Took an hour to get our food & my fiance order was wrong. Asked for wings to be cooked for 18 mins to be EXTRA WELL DONE, got them & they were soggy.
Cashier was super friendly and helped me decide what to order for myself and my son. I was told how long it would take and came out sooner. Everything was hot and delicious.
Went to eat dinner and the manager on duty was horrible with his customer service. He needs to be re-trained on his customer service. I believe his name was Jose or Carlos. I asked for a extra ranch and with a poor attitude response from him he was it’s $1.61. I was ok no problem I want one please. This a poor attitude he rang me up and took my money with no response.
Went in to grab a quick dinner for the kids. Unfortunately there was only two people working and this made the wait time for food extremely long.
The food itself is really good!
Garlic/Parmesean wings have ended up being my go to. Even though I like every flavor. And when you get French fries, it's more than enough. The tea has a good flavor.
First visit and first attempt to try the new sandwich. I ordered online and picked it up myself. Order was wrong. Not even a sandwich in the bag. Not sure what’s going on at this location. Not satisfied at all.
