Wingstop, Round Rock TX

Wait for more than one hour, dry food, plain flavors, wrong dressing.
No apologies, nothing.

I found this on a blue cheese dip today, it's a wire from a scrubber u guys use to clean your containers, Im not seeking anything for free but I just want to let you know that u guys need to pay more attention to your cleaning procedures or what containers u guys use, I'm upset because this could turn out in massive accident and lawsuit but I just wish u guys take care more of your customers and because I like to continue to give you my business so please fix this

Basic service skills non-existent. Cashier chick high AF and unintelligible. Clearly hates this job. I couldn't hear or understand her to even order food over the ambient noise and the loud music coming from the back. Food was decent. Been going to Wingstop a long time, this location needs some help.

We went here at noon on a Sunday. We were met with several happy faces and felt welcomed. Rhonda checked us out and was very sweet. We took our order to go. The food was AMAZING! Best fries I’ve had in quite some time. The chicken was great too! We definitely will be returning.

Friday night I go to the restaurant, it took them 50 minutes to tell us that the order was not coming out, they were confused, not even an apology, we came today, Sunday, and since 7: 21 pm I have asked for my order, they told me 20, I already went to ask and what another 10 minutes I don't know who the owner is but he is terrible and the service

So I ordered 30 wings and requested 4 ranch dressings. I called them to let them know that we were going back and because they were missing and the gentleman who answered the phone, said that he specifically put the four ranches inside the bag. I told him no I did not. I asked to speak to a manager, and. He said that he was the manager. But he wanted to sit there and argue, stating that he had put the ranch dressing in the bag. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I ranch dressing at home I will have him forget it. But for me going the extra mile and going to pick up the ranch dressing that I say something.

I didn't go here, go to pizza delight next door and get the wings there. Much better.

The folks who work here are wonderful, and they always get my food ready quickly regardless of how busy they are. Garlic parm wings are THE TRUTH! LOL!

I didn't understand why I took almost 30 minutes for 6 wings & fries and I had to check on my order twice. Folks who ordered after me were getting their orders before me.

Orderd on doordash, recieved my soda with no ice, I have seen the employees that work there, and it's not surprising, very unprofessional playing the own music with heavy profanity at the counter very loud, not paying attention to anything, one of the employees wreaked of weed

Chaotic. They are taking orders on print out sheets of paper and losing everyone’s orders. They don’t look organized and everyone who walks in is just standing around confused until a worker finally greets them and tries to help. Doesn’t look like much team work is happening here.

Didn't take my online order, paid twice.
Their soda ratio is off too, it's too watered down.

This WingStop does it every time for me! My order is ALWAYS accurate, and the food is always so good & fresh. Whomever the cooks were last night on 08/12 deserve a RAISE. The food tasted so amazing. We live in Hutto & will bypass our closest one just to travel to this one because it’s worth the extra drive. We ordered boneless bbq & mild wings & traditional bbq & Hawaiian wings!
Additionally, I tried the Korean wings — did not like the flavor but had nothing to do with this particular location, just wasn’t the flavor for me. Anywho, will definitely be back & recommend this WingStop to anyone in the area! Finally found ‘my’ WingStop

Hubby's fav wing spot in the area, even though they're a chain. They know how to do bone in wings for sure. Crispy, extra cooked. Seasonings are pretty good. We do wish there were more side options.

Someone answered the phone “Yea!? ” And then hung up on us when we asked to place an order. Never had Wingstop before and I definitely will never attempt to try it again.

I am a regular customer at the Wing Stop on Palm Valley in Round Rock. I wanted to give special kudos to Isaiah. He truly engages the customers and treats people with the highest of respect. He makes sure that his to go orders are correct and complete and forgets nothing. Today’s customer service level typically is mediocre to absolute suck but Isaiah is old school. Great customer service makes a difference and that’s why I choose this location over two that are closer to my home. Isaiah, YOU ROCK!

Best wings at Wingstop! Not small chick wings. Good size. Delicious! Served timely despite # of take out and dine in. Will definitely go back SOON.

Great food, delivered to the table, and I didn't have to clean up my mess at the end!
