Wingstop, League City TX

This is my local Wingstop, and today marks the second time that I’ve had an issue with their service. Today they left a large fry out of my order, and the last time they left a large ranch out of my order. Both times they have replaced it, but no consideration to the fact that the rest of my food is cold to be honest the only reason I’m writing this review is because instead of dealing with me as though they actually made a mistake the manager treated me as though I was lying, but they would go ahead and give me the fries anyway.

They got my order wrong than asked me to bring the food back and when I did tha manager had a attitude

There’s is clearly a sign that states they are open until 12AM 7 days a week.
I asked why is there a sign stating that and the main person that declined services and she said those were COVID hours. It’s been over a year since COVID existed. If that’s the case I’m pretty sure they can remove that fake advertising signs. They even have a “OPEN LATE” neon sign out there. And the other female cook laughed at us as she was saying they were closed. The gentleman that was present was really professional and I appreciate that but not having a professional attitude is not acceptable at all. COVID, summer, winter hours it should always be at a professional standard

10/10, Definitely recommend this, it is really, really good. Very, very good food, obviously, it's really, really good like the wings are very well cooked the flavors obviously amazing the fries, the voodoo fries, they're very, very good especially with the cheese ranch. The ranch is actually very good. I would definitely recommend getting that. Now, my only problem with this is if you order the spicy Buffalo ranch fries. They are terrible. I mean, absolutely horrible like I would never in a million years. Order it again but I wanted to try it because it sounded good now I am deeply regretted with that decision. So do it that what you will? But everything else is a 10 out of ten, thank you.

30 minutes after my pickup time, I am finally told my order was just now being prepped, not started, not cooking, not being bagged up. All things I had been told before this moment. Just be trutful from the start don't lie non stop. Yeah I am going to cancel my order but stop wasting my time and countless others! There were at least a dozen people waiting for their food. All being fed the same lines, it wasn't until I said tell me what's really going on with my order before it's admitted you hadn't even started it. Terrible service and whomever the manager/owner is teaching your associates to just feed lines instead of being honest shame on you.

Wings always delicious! Fries crispy and hot! Ranch is like an addictive drug! Sooòoo delicious

2 stars because the order was right (1 star), and it was ready (2nd star). Unfortunately the good news ends there. Salty, I believe there was salt, even in the ranch dip! Could not finish the traditional hot wings or the cheese fries. And no jalapeños what's so ever in the "jalapeño cheese sauce". I do hope this post helps towards better experiences for future guests.

Thanks to these reviews I won't be coming here if ran by amateurs and wait time out of this world and food looking like it been dunked by super grease and undercooked lol.

We when yesterday and we order our food and they told me 25 minutos and it took an hour to get our food I don’t think this is inaceptable they should have more people working afternoon

I had called a order in and was told it would be ready in 45mins, 30mins had passed and I drove 10mins to the store to pick it up only to have to wait a hr for my order that had even been started when originally called or after I had showed up and paid, it wasn’t until me waiting 45mins at the store until I asked how much longer and was told they were starting my order now. Store was not super busy so don’t understand why it took a hour and a half to make a simple order. When I asked to speak to a manger the front girl walked off as I was talking to her, the only helpful person there was a young guy. The night staff is trash at this store and needs some guidance and a manger on duty.

If you like to wait an hour for your food while being ignored by staff. C'mon down to Wingstop!

Call to put in an order and the girl hung up in my face and then when I tried to call back, they did not want to answer.

Best tasting wings around. I love the ranch dressing and also the blue cheese dressing. Be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for any wing order! The drinks are terrible though. That Coca Cola Freestyle machine has got to go! All the drinks taste nasty and they were out of most of the flavors.

They only waste your time, they told me my order was ready in 45 minutes, I arrived at 47 minutes and it still wasn't ready, they made me wait 30 more minutes.

Showed up twenty minutes after ordering online and they told me they haven't started it, it would be twenty more minutes, twenty minutes later still no food it took them 65 minutes to get my order to me.terrible service

50 minutes waiting when I walk in and order wings. I get them to go and no ketchup in the bag. Smh I guess I should have checked the bag.

ARE YOU SERIOUS!

This place tried to charge me 3.50 for a large cup of water, not a pot of water, after I had just paid 14.00 for my order.

What joke of a rip-off.no consideration for customers at ALL. Highway robbery, and why not, as these large companies say "blame it on inflation. " Crooks.

Absolutely horrendous. We came in at 7pm for dine-in and waited 1 whole hour to get our food after finding out they just started making it.
