16I didn’t actually order from them, but a doordash driver picked up and dropped off an order from here that was wrong. He then proceeded to pound on my door, which when I answered he requested for me to give him the wrong order 10 to 15 minutes after. I questioned him on the safety and quality of food that has left both the restaurant and then his control. For all he knew I could have licked everything, his response was that was fine he just needed to deliver it to the right address
Stopped by today for lunch. The customer service was outstanding. The wings were hot & fresh. The restaurant was clean. Every single table & the bathrooms too. 10 out of 10!
I ordered cajun wings to go and they did a great job balancing wet and dry rub flavors. Many locations make these too dry. Also nice about correcting an error I made when ordering side sauce.
I ordered online and experienced an issue with delivery. The manager and the cook that I spoke to were both really helpful and accommodating. When I eventually got my food, it was warm, tasty, and packaged well, (better than some other locations I have ordered from). Thanks so much guys!
Food was great. We been ordering from here for over 10 years, but we stopped like 2 years ago due to food not tasting good. Today, I went with my daughter and it was really good. Please please keep TJ working there, because he treated us like royalty. Great service and thank you TJ for your smile and for a great human being that you are! We need more people like you nowadays!
Made my order wrong by making the wrong flavors and when I asked if they remake it the cashier refused. Even after saying I won’t keep the wings I just want the flavors I paid for she refused. Went home with the wrong order and turn out they’re burnt the wings to hell and the fries had no seasoning
Ordered my wings online and said it would be a 22 minute wait. Get to the store to pick up my food, IT WASNT READY. They NEVER changed their wait time in the system so Instead of it being a regular standard 22 min wait it was a ONE HOUR WAIT. Shift leader on the shift/ manager failed to provide quality service especially by neglecting to reflect accurate wait times. I ordered at 9: 48pm got there at 10: 15 my food was given to me at 11pm. Staff was also unprofessional by yelling at the cashier who seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.
Waited almost 40 mins for my order I was seeing people that came after me order more stuff than me and left before me. I had to ask the girl with the curly hair where my order was at and she answered me with “what’s the order again? ” I told her my order all for her to come back 2 seconds later with my food. It was in the back the whole time! So unprofessional what’s the point of giving a name for the order if I have to go up there and ask for it anyways.
Placed an order online, they got it wrong, then blamed the computer and said tough luck. I was told that if I brought it back they would fix it. Who has time to make 2 trips during their lunch break? They should take care of their customers when the fault is wingstops fault.
The food is always hot and fresh at this particular location.also they get the food out in amazing decent time frame.especially for a wing joint!
Worst location. They take their time and don't care about getting your order ready. The employees were just standing around not doing anything. Never going back here again.
This is THE wingstop to go to! Had to place order online to get the special which is no problem at all with awesome staff like Floyd! He went above and beyond to drop our order in the fryer while we ordered so it was quick, hot and ready! And even gave my gf and I a sample of the new Carolina gold!
Ordered a few wing meals for delivery through the Wingstop app with 3 sides of ranch and 1 side of cheese. We received 3 sides of cheese and 0 ranch. No ranch with wings. It was also almost 20 minutes after the Wingstop app said it should arrive and was cold. I called to complain and a rude employee who was helping from another store said it was a door dash problem, I told him I ordered from their app and don't have any business with door dash and he told me it isn't his problem. I try to complain with door dash and guess what? I need to call wing stop. I will never deal with Wingstop ever again. If you can't support the customers who pay YOU through YOUR APP, you will not survive. Door dash didn't pack the sealed bag wrong, your people did.
It is gross last night I went there and the cooks are rude. I will make sure everything will get done to get this company out of business
Bad service, they are eating while they work, they are using the phone while they work and they don't care about orders
The worst chicken sandwich that i ever had. The bun was so hard you couldn’t even eat it. The fires Must’ve been under the heat lamp too long like the bun. Won’t be going to that one Next to Kroger in friendswood again.
