Wingstop, Portland TX

Barely acknowledged by hostess when I went to order. No greeting or smile. Not even, can I help you. She just looked at me.
Fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them.
Got Hawaiian tenders. They weren’t good. The sauce tasted like ketchup.

Food was absolutely terrible. They never put enough sauce on their wings. The hostesses Myra was terrible. Had an attitude the entire time. They said it would be an hour wait when there was 3 people dining in. Felt like a burden being there. Voodoo fries were the only saving grace but those were swimming in so much cheese it was almost inedible. I hate that this is the only wingstop because their ranch is so good.

I like my wings crispy! And they made them like i like them! Not a problem. Order ahead of time if you're in a hurry. It takes a Lil bit. I'd definitely be going back.

The kid behind the counter had the best monotone robot voice I've heard in some time. The guy in the back cooking had better customer service then she did. BUT, their wings are fire, and it's close. We'd go back (have a few times!)

Place is due for an upgrade and daily maintenance. Matt placed near soda machine was soaked in fluids and could of caused a slip accident. Kitchen looks decent but not the cleanest. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Gave this place another try and a rat was under the coke machine. Apparently health inspectors are not doing their job, or have never visited this place. 1 hour always to order for pick up. Went into the restaurant and 4 employees were eating in a table. One person was on her phone at the register. The place is a disaster. Restrooms are very dirty too.

We ordered 20 boneless wings with 4 different sauces & they were all crammed into one container & none of them were marked but what's worse is that we also ordered a large blue cheese & large ranch & received 16 small containers of sauce and none of them were marked!
Dude! Y'all need to get some labels!

Take forever to make an order, told me to wait 40 mins and it's an hr and i havent gotten my order

Food is amazing no doubt, but the service is really slow. Call in order to way longer than was estimated.

Medicore at best! Service was ok but, the wings were dry and over cooked, no ice, and the table was dirty.

I've been here a few times. Each time I come it gets worse and worse. Food is ok, service is always bad. Today I ordered for carryout and there was an hour wait. There is always a ridiculous wait time even if the restaurant is empty. Like if there is not enough staff. I came a bit early and was willing to wait the remaining 20 minutes in the store. I wanted to get a beer and I was unable to purchase one because the service girl is under age and can't sell alcohol, and when I asked for someone else (manager) she said there isn't one at the moment. I asked for a soda beverage and was given a can soda at the price of a medium beverage. I understand the cashier is following orders can do so much. There needs to be some order in this location.

This location takes so long and the girls at the counter do not care either. I went in after an hour of waiting for my order which I don’t understand why it takes that long when all the other locations take 20-30 minutes. I told her the name of my order she didn’t even go to the back to look started helping somebody else and then asked me again and I repeated the order I was waiting for same process with a different girl only to find out my older have been sitting on the rack the whole time I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just look at it and grab the order and give it to me and should’ve already been ready and it was but it was not given to me I would rather go to the Corpus location them to wait for this location because of the wait time. Something needs to change here.

Normally the wings are delicious, but, not today my Cajun flavored wings were super salty, other times they aren't.hope it was a one time error!

Deliciously made! Great staff! Thank you guys! Only thing is the chicken wings have become smaller. Started making them myself, I just buy the condiments and fries

I had a take out order. It took some time to receive my order, but when i opened it, i was shocked. Wings were undercooked, they gave me the wrong flavoring on all my wings, the sprite tasted like carbonated water, and there was a long curly black hair in my Ranch. Ended up having to throw it all away.: (I don't usually complain, but dang. I've never had so much go wrong with take out. Good luck to anyone who orders from here.

They took so long the app had said my food was ready and when I went in to get it they took 30 more minutes almost an hour waiting for my food by the time I got home my food was all cold and plus they didn’t even wash the vegetables it tasted like dirt don’t recommend going to this wing stop

Although the food takes a little bit to come out, it's definitely worth the wait whenever it arrives fresh and hot
