Ordered two of their chicken sandwiches online. They were ready for me when I walked in and were cooked perfectly with a great taste. I'll definitely be back.

Slow service.dirty resturant.french fries so salty i gagged ans the “bbq” wings were actually buffalo wings.worse.when i complained.they just stood there making excuses and debating.for a new place this was a bad experience.after 10 minutes i finally got my money back and left

Okay so let me just say i love wingstop but this wingstop has made me serverly mad, i come hole from school after a volleyball game already tired and i go to get my wingstop in the app it says my order is complete but where is it!? I had to wait 45 minutes for my food while everyone in the kitchen is goofing off and singing to taylor swift i hate taylor swift. Your staff is horrible.

One of the best spots to order your wings from. Every time I go they have the biggest wings and always put extra sauce they doing it right

The manager still hasn’t given me my refund from a month ago. They’ve missed 4 new $50 orders from 1 refund. I order every week. Your business has gone to Chick-fil-A and gyro guys. And I’ll never order again. Not to mention my 5 yr old son who just started and co-workers. Would’ve increased more. Good job manager

Terrible Customer Service over the phone. Not attentive at all and tries to ignore you if you do not want to order and are just calling for some inquiries.

They only gave part of my order to the door dasher. Then expected me contact the driver. Who cuts the phone off once delivered. Then the manager said I’d only get half a refund. But a week later and still no refund! I’m done forever.

So they wings are barely cooked I need my wings cooked well done Meaning I want my wings DONE DONE They would rather loose money than to cook people food how they like them I NEVER HEARD OF THAT
She said we don’t cook them like that on Tuesdays what? I don’t eat half done wings

I was promised a refund since their worker only gave the door dash driver my fries and 1/3 of the wings. And no ranch. I was told “3 business days” and still no refund. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up orders. Told me to ask DoorDash to get it. It’s their fault. I am officially done with here. Liars and can’t get orders right. I’ll get a different one, Chick-fil-A, gyro guys, mod pizza but not here any more. No trust or competency

Love the boneless wings and Cajun fries! Try the Cajun corn next time you get food from there, it is the best!

Emilio is the goat! Anytime i stop by here late nights, they are always ready to take your order and give you some hot fresh food late when everyone else is closed. I love this spot and the staff there has fantastic customer service. Always a great experience at this location.

Unfortunately my kids they love the wing stop but the fries that was served to us was burn, I just notice the manager and hope it will be corrected

Ordered online. One of my favorite places to get wings. My complaint happens every once while. But I want to keep it on the reviews. The wings are good however it's always missing the a good amount of sauce. Wings are almost dry I always wish they put more. I will be ordering at a different location.

Yesterday (2/1/23) I stopped by Wingstop (El Dorado & Space Center) to get an order of chicken strips, fries and a drink. The young girl who answered the phone when I called my to go order in and the same girl who checked me out was very sarcastically rude to me. I asked her a question and her responses were just so rude. I didn’t get her name but she was young, had glasses and her hair had like orangish/pink color on each side of her face and her hair was pulled back in a ponytail. I would never treat a customer the way she was treating me. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something was going on but I did let her know I didn’t appreciate how she was treating me. She never once apologized. When I expressed to her my unhappiness to how she had treated me she smiled at me and sarcastically said “thank you ma’am”. Maybe she needs to find a new profession because treatment like that will absolutely keep me from eating there.
