The employee was good about wanting to help. I was sending someone to pick up my mobile order. The person was elderly. She was willing to help make sure the pickup went smoothly. I did not get her name. Please keep her around. You don't find people like her everyday.
Do not order from here! Look at the other reviews. We tried to eat this wings and were not edible. Fries smelled like a wet rag. Sauce was disgusting and the lemon pepper wings were so bad you could taste the burnt oil on them. Looked like they were cooked with motor oil. I'm complaining with the health department. This place needs to be shut down! Do not send me no email to forward my complaint! Y'all gonna get a reality check when they shut this location down.
I ONLY order from this location. It has been the MOST AMAZING experience my taste buds have ever had
When I called the customer service was a no I asked for extra well done they are soft both flavors should've been spicy not even giving that then I called the young lady said the manager want be here till tomorrow my reply was I know there a lead there she was just ghetto for me
This is the worst Wingstop by far. Every single time I order from them, something is wrong. Also they do not know what sauce is.like they use the smallest amount of sauce.
Go elsewhere, you will appreciate it much more if you do.
Chicken was not cooked. Fries wet and slimy. Idk how you can mess up on everything wings barely has sauce on the as well.
If I could give zero stars I would. The fries were dark AF and tasted burnt. Also I asked for my chicken to be cooked longer and it was not. The pieces of chicken were so big hell I thought I had ordered regular chicken drumsticks and wings. I’ll never order from there again.
Also this place need to replace the MANAGER because it’s his fault food is going out like this.
