The service is good and fast. But Worst food ever specially the fries and the taste of the soda. The wings too are not so good. A place I will never get back to eat.

Wingstop is good. The only thing that bothers me and pisses me off is when they leave you on hold for so long and forget about you. I called right now and this female put me on hold for almost 5 minutes. She picked off the phone and I thought she was ready to take my order, but instead she said “hold on I haven’t forgot about you give me a minute”. Like why the hell did you have me waiting for then? I don’t understand why they do that y’all need to keep y’all’s eyes on the phone cause ain’t no way someone should be on hold for almost 5 minutes or more.

Wings were picked up and found to be raw. Manager refused to refund unless I went back to the restaurant. When requested they deliver it since it was their fault they said no. When asked to refund he said they must see. When offered to send a picture was again denied. Disgusting food I understand you have guidelines to follow if I simply didn’t like the food would be different. Jus was undercooked! They should have fixed the situation so several people didn’t have to not eat lunch due to they mistake!

I stated well done and I received them pink (not well done) and plus all the soda was flat and I tried 3 different drinks! Very unacceptable when 3 customers state the same thing on the same day at the same time

Was out of town and Went late, stayed after they were closed to finish eating. Staff didn’t seem rude or upset over it. Appreciate that

Pros: My online order was entirely right.
It was affordable compare to pluckers. Service is quick. I came at 10pm.
Cons: The restroom is locked. So you have to ask to use the restroom, for me, I just wanted to wash my hands and i need a refill on my drink. Yeah I didn't want to touch so many things with my barbeques sauce hands.
Suggestions: offers ladies with long nails or anyone some gloves. Less mess.

Not only did they gave me traditional wings when I asked for boneless but the Wings were undercooked and fries were soggy! I know it gets busy but damn

Alex assured me that the issue would be resolved and suggested that I return after work to have the order remade. Despite being disappointed by the initial experience, I appreciated his willingness to rectify the situation. However, the subsequent visit turned out to be even more frustrating.

When I returned after work, hoping to finally enjoy a satisfying meal, I was met with the unfortunate reality that my order had not been prepared as promised. The manager, Alex, failed to uphold his commitment, and the wings were nowhere to be found. This level of service was not only disheartening but also completely unacceptable.

If you’re ever in this area and are craving wings, do not hesitate to stop by this location. Customer service is exceptional and the food is cooked to perfection. Shout out to the mangers Anthony and Johnatan for their great customer service and understanding.

Food was not spicy and the lemon pepper wings were too greasy and both parties got sick to the stomach

First time stopping by on the way home for food that was delicious and the service was okay busy and packed

I have been to other locations in different cities and not one compares to this location! Our wings were cooked to perfection! Fast service and the place was clean! I highly recommend this place

I just came in for lunch, first time at this location. I had 10 pc wing combo well done. Let me tell you those wings and fries were cooked to perfection. Service was great and atmosphere was good too. I know where im coming for great wings and service. Thank you for the pleasurable experience store # 1730. And Crystal thanks for making me smile.

Ordered food. By the time i got there, food was ready. 20 mins max. Great service, friendly people!

Went to get my free bday sub.the service was quick but the workers didn't seem friendly.

Literally just watched this guy throw in the boneless chicken without gloves on. In fact none of them had gloves on. Absolutely disgusting.
