Wingstop, Pearland TX

I placed an order online for delivery, and once I opened it, I saw that the order was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with a young lady (I think her name was Kiona) and she allowed me to speak with her manager, Kaleb. Kaleb was very apologetic about what happened and assured me that if I came back the next day, he would personally make my order. Not only did he do this, but I was also refunded for the order. Although this was an exception to their policy, I truly appreciated the kindness and excellent customer service I was given to resolve this issue. Thanks to Kiona, Kaleb, and their manager for a job well done in satisfying their customers.

This wingstop has one of the best service of any wingstop, the employees and manager there have always been so nice and accommodating and I have never had any problems. My food has never once not came out fresh, everytime I order there my wings are perfectly hot and seasoned just the way I like them and my fries come out so hot and good. Thankyou wingstop you’re the best <3

The chicken was literally so light it was almost white. There was no seasoning on the chicken. I've never had bland chicken from wing stop. I couldn't event eat the chicken. When I got home, I tried re-frying and seasoning the meat but, that did not help. 18 bucks down the drain!

Joshua was very professional, accommodating and made sure the kitchen cooked my chicken exactly how I requested. Thank you Joshua for being so nice!

Y’all really need to get your online orders right because it took almost 2 hours for me to get my food I tried to call the store nobody answered I’m really going to report this to corporate

Went in at 11: 20 pm and they wouldn't take my order the employe stated they close at 11: 30 pm but that's not what the door says employees there are lazy I will never go again

If you close at midnight, why are you refusing an order at 1130 stating, “We are already cleaning up. ” Your for is unlocked and there are four employees inside. Date August 30,2023. I have previously ordered from this location. CiCi

Horrible service. I ordered online only for customers who walked in to get their food before me. Staff is very unorganized. No point in ordering online if you have to wait 40 additional minutes for your food.

Food did not arrive and delivery driver did not respond to calls or texts and drove the opposite direction of delivery address. Will NOT use this restaurant again. Always a problem with this chain

Christella was amazing. She should be the epitome of a Wingstop employee. Full of cheer and has THE BEST customer service. I wish I could give her 100 stars.

This was my first visit here after ordering at the wrong location. I will say it wasn't what I was expecting. We had placed the order online and since we went to the wrong location first it took us a min to get here. When we got here, it appears the receipt for us for our order. Thankfully the manager was very nice and understood and actually even made sure our order got out to us quickly after being remade. She also gave us free fries. Honestly that helped turn our experience at this location, and it gave us motivation to come back and check it out again

Very bad service, the cooks were just playing and did not serve us and the potatoes were very cold and ugly. We waited almost an hour for them to give us the food and the wings are very dry.

This would’ve been a 5 star review if they would not have over seasoned my fries after I specifically requested light fry seasoning.

Aside from that, I have been satisfied the last few times I’ve been here. The staff is always very accommodating and they always make sure that my wings are cooked exactly like I ask. The cashier had a smile on her face and was very polite, the customer service was great!

Fries where cold asked for well done and they where undercooked same with wings they looked understaffed.

This is the worst fries you will ever have in the whole America and the chicken is tasteless don’t waste your dime here!

Slow service, the lady making sandwiches in the back was scratching her head while making sandwiches. She never washed her hands after she just continued like everything is ok.
