17I came to pick up my food after placing it online. The online system tell me 16-21 mins my order will be ready. My fries was not hot so I asked the manager could I get some hot fries, while I waited for the bone wings I orders that was missing. After giving me my food, she felt the need to tell me next time she will not give me more fries because her ticket said it would be ready at 712 and I was late. Keep in mind they was really busy and I couldn’t understand why she felt the need to tell me what she was not going to do next time! It will not be a next time because I will be going to another location going forward. Educate her that your online system do not give a specific time so what she did tonight was unnecessary and not warranted as I was polite to her and she lost a regular customer for no real reason! She should also know if she refuse to give me fresh food she would just give me a refund and I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else!
The worst in the area. The waiting time is ridiculous. The cookers just chill and laugh in between themselves. Terrible customer service. The food cold and very salted. Owner and management should look into their staff and fired them all.
Was accused by an employee that I was lying about not receiving an item I ordered that I never received.
Horrible service waited over an Hour for a el3 combo order. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional.

I order 6 pc boneless wings for my girl that’s pregnant…. It came in the Wrong flavor, I called them and asked to fix it they said “bring it back another day and we will fix it”. So today is Tuesday. I work Wednesday and Thursday 12 hour shifts both days and Anna the “Assistant manager” is aware she told me to bring the wings that came in the wrong flavor back on friday… so you want me to have wings sit in the fridge or counter for two days to bring it back. I talked to Anna the “assistant manager” and she told me “I can’t do anything because the manager is not in the building and we cannot give any refunds or give credit until the manager comes in” like personally as a customer I would be happy with credit but as of this moment I want a refund. The fries weren’t even seasoned but that was the only thing she could eat.
I also ordered 2 8pc wing combos that order was correct and I told Anna that that was correct and I’m happy with it. But how can I eat food without my pregnant girl there.
But Anna wants the wings back on Friday so she can fix the order like what kinda service is that?
Keep in my mind I’m a really easy guy but if you can’t fix the problem the same day and want me to come back another that’s the problem I’m having.
Anna I hope you get better on being an “assistant manager”

Thank you so much to Mr. Cesar and his team on Fry and West. Food was GREAT, restaurant was CLEAN, and overall my experience was just great! We will be coming back to this location for sure!
They seem so disinterested in assisting you I placed my order ahead of time and even tho I gave them ample time to have my order ready it still wasn’t ready. The only saving grace is that I really like the new Lemon Herb Remix flavor so that’s been getting me to come back but honestly once that’s gone so am I.
Correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t the food handlers supposed to use gloves handling food. These people are handling our food opening fridge doors grabbing other ingredients and touching food again. Or am I over exaggerating because I use to work at a restaurant and the food handlers always used gloves. Another thing I saw wrong was them putting the box of chicken wings on the floor instead of the counter. I don’t think this place is very sanitary or train the workers to be clean.
This is the cleanest Wing Stop I have ever been in. We have been a few times and the service, cleanliness and quality of food has been consistently good. The staff is always helpful and patient.
The manager in charge (Sat 15: 00) definitely takes care of the customers.
I'm so happy this great location is very close to my place. Customer service and food are what it should be in any Wingstop location.
This is a real Wingstop restaurant.
Picking up Paid online order on 6/28/23, female at the register is unfriendly and rude. They don’t greet you, look at you mad and even placing calls on hold she is slamming the phone.
That’s not the vibe I want to receive when picking up dinner after a long day of work for my son and I.
Won’t be going back to this location. I could’ve just gone to Wings n Things on this BOGO Tues.instead of dealing with employees who hate their job.
Placed order an hour in advance and it was still not ready at pick up. I had to wait. Will not order here again. Requesting a refund
One word for the food I received. Gross. My food was undercooked, fries were soggy, and the people working there were busy with their own conversations on their cellphone or other team members.
Had their wings for the first time and not usually a big wing fan, but these were delicious. Loved the bundle options and allof the sauces to choose from! Will eat these again!
The service wasn't that great and wings were okay. The fries were horrible. My husband ordered cheese sauce with his wings and literally got enough to dip like 1 or 2 wings. I probably will not come back to this location. I was disappointed.
I literally live 1 minute away. I had a cup of ranch fall all up my stairs til the bag finally ripped. This is ridiculous
Usually pretty good but this time I had to trash our families order. I requested well done and they were actually a little undercooked. I had to leave the house again and go buy dinner somewhere else. Also the large Ranch I added spilled everywhere in the bag, the lid was not on good.
