Wingstop, Irving TX

I lived right down the street from this location for almost a year now and I love the food and the customer service! As of recently there has been a new lady that has been running the front that I am not familiar with, she’s not friendly, she’s very slow and I don’t think that she knows how to do her job. The last few times I have ordered from this location recently she has been the one to answer and take my order and it’s been so difficult and beyond frustrating. I will be reaching out to corporate to let them know that she treats the customers poorly.

This location is awful. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting for FIVE boneless wings. I have never had an order here completed in under 30 minutes. Will not return

Incompetent employees and poor customer service. I ordered a drink with my order and paid, but decided not to get the drink before filling the cup. I requested the drink charge be put back on my card. Instead of doing that, the employee charged me again for the drink. When I noticed this on my bank statement a few days later, I called them to dispute this. The employee who answered the phone said she couldn’t help. When I requested to speak to a manager for assistance, the employee said the manager wasn’t there and didn’t know when they would be there. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have a manager on duty if the employees can’t handle that on their own.

What has happened to this location? No smiling faces, no welcome, and horrible customer service.

The large fries order seems 1/3 smaller now. Definitely not a large. More like a moderate medium.

Received only half of my order. Had to drive all the way back. Held on the phone for 11: 00 minutes, then they hung up on me.

Came back in to have my order completed. Didn't offer to replace the cold wings and fries I brought back that were now cold. Had to ask for replacement. Not even an apology.

Who owns this location now? Somebody do something!

I hate leaving negative reviews and won't typically do that. But this place has to get some attention.

Won't be back until I see some positive reviews.

Wish there was a 0 star option. Bought ten wings. Worst wing experience of my life, the wings smelt really bad and we couldn’t even get ourself to eat one due the horrendous smell. Eventually we tried one and the wing literally felt and tasted like a wing that was just taken out the freezer and microwaved for 2 minutes and sent to us.

Quincy, is a super nice guy. Greeted me at the front and took my order. Was very patient as I took a while. Awesome place!

Wings top has delicious wings. They have traditional wings, boneless wings and chicken tenders tossed in your favorite sauce. My favorite flavor is lemon pepper. You can order your wings as a combo which includes wings, french fries (so delicious), and a soft drink of your choice. I highly recommend the lemon pepper wings. I usually place my order online and it is always ready at the time it is supposed to be. The wings are pretty good and usually crispy especially if you get them extra well done. However, there have been occasions where an item is left out of the bag but I should be the one checking my bag before I leave. Staff is usually pretty friendly.

2 weeks ago, I ordered a combo online for pick up around 9 pm, but I got very old and over cook fries liked it had been cooked since 9 am. Expecting a better quality control for all the time. BTW, the chicken was just fine.

Is there such a thing as a bad Wing Stop? No! -never! No matter how long we wait its win-win, and those wings will be fresh and hot every single time. Sometimes they are heavy handed with the seasoning on the fries but when your original hot and Cajun wings seasoning is as on point as it was the first time you had them 20 years ago, that is Wing Stop perfection!

I got the order bad claim to the cashier and got angry I was made to wait 1 hour is a pesimo service is the time of 9: 00. P.m

Specially at Saturday night 9pm worst service. They don't service exactly my oder was said the cashier very stupid and cook guy very unprofessional bad aptitudes about my complain. But others shudle very good just this bad experience never can back at this day and time.

My usual go to place for wings, but recently got my takeout order late by 45 mins and seemed indifferent about it. Time to look at other options

Everything cooked to perfection! Nice place to hang out. We need a bar next door and this little strip would be on the map.

Awesome wings and friendly customer service! They come out with new flavors often enough to keep things interesting. They sometimes get the dipping sauce wrong, but from my experience that happens at all of the wing stops. Just check before you leave.

I gave it 4 star only because they messed up our online order multiple time the way i had to print my order and double check everything after that to make sure they are not giving me wrong flavors!

Wingstop is my go to whenever I want wings. I get their original hot or lemon pepper flavor wings. Sometimes I get the Louisiana dry rub if I'm in the mood. I like that they offer fries and veggie sticks. I get a little bit of everything and eat it for several meals. I also love their ranch! Theres something in that ranch! Its so addicting!

While the food is good, the service here is terrible. I call in orders on a monthly (if not more) basis and they always forget some part of my order.
