Wingstop, Fort Worth TX

Probably won't order from this location again, even if i have to drive further. I opted for curbside pickup, put my vehicle info and they sent a text with a link to let them know you're there. I pulled up but the 2 spots for curbside were taken so i parked 2 spots away. Saw an employee come out with food and ask the car next to me if it was theirs, it wasn't so she took it back in. When the 2 cars in the curbside spots moved, i pulled into one of the spots. I waited at over 5 minutes watching employees walk around inside and i even saw some look outside where i was. The whole thing took way longer than necessary and i was missing some food.
Also i wasn't going to write a review, but the link with the online survey requires a receipt and i never got one.

This is one of the older Wingstop locations in the area and I feel the quality has dropped off considerably. The seating and decor are about average.

Don’t order on there wing stop app cause when you ask for delivery the door dash people are the ones who bring it and they don’t bring you the food they steal it. It’s happened twice already and it’s annoying. Don’t use DoorDash at all either.

Always on time food always fresh. And they know how to listen. Meaning they know how to make your Order To perfection.

Delicious food. Ordered online and it said that my order was ready, but I still had to wait another 10 mins once I got there. Luckily I wasn't in any rush

Awful customer service is what happens when you have a bunch of kids running your store. This new system they have is pointless. I will never be returning to this location even though it is closest to my house too many bad experiences here. Too many other wing places to have to deal with this.

We like wings every now and then. This is one of our favorite places. Good food and easy location for us.

Small wings. High price. Tasty but I always have to double what I order to get filled up. Everyone is friendly.

Very pleased with the management here. I spoke with the female manager after my order was messed up and she did give me a refund. No hassle, nothing. Thank you ma'am! Very pleasant.

I waited 40 minutes for 12 wings and fries this was when the restaurant was dead then I had to ask for my food or else It probably would’ve taken longer

Honestly me and my girlfriend come here about 2 times a month and the food is always great I'm never disappointed way better than Buffalo Wild Wings

They really should have had a better system on superbowl day. The line was backed up out the door and people who placed order week before were still waiting. May help if a supervisor was over 22 yrs old also. Food was great but wasnt worth the wait to get it.

3 times now I've asked that the fries be well done and each time their soggy I have to bring them home and put him in the air fryer for 10 minutes don't mind Paying if I get what I pay For!

Update: : : they sent a form letter In response to this review and basically said they are sorry that they I had a bad experience.lol how hard is it to cook fries till they are crispy when asked

Employees generally don't care and food was mediocre at best. Wingstop doesn't have the cheapest wings and I have no reason to come unless I want something like at midnight. Will stay away unless I have to come.

The food was disgusting. I tried 3 different flavors and they all were nasty. I wish you well with better service and I would never recommend you guys to anyone.
