Wingstop Restaurants Inc., Addison TX

This place is awful. I placed an order on for thighs. The total for the order was over $50. When it was delivered it was fried crumbs. When I took it back to the Desoto location the Assistant Manager was extremely rude to me. She was arguing with me and said it was my fault and I would have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get a refund. The manager did come out and offered to redo my order but the customer service was awful. This is the last time they will ever get an order from me.

No matter which group of employees is working at the Duncanville store, its an entire mess. They're more concerned with their friends outside and their phones than actually paying attention to the customers unless its one of their friends. I tried to not come to this location, but I fell for it again. This is the worst of the worst, after taking my money and order, it still wasnt prepared, I had to wait an additional 20 mins, after waiting 20 mins for the same order.
Go to the redbird location because they dont care at all at this one.

Get a refund as soon as they mess up. I made the mistake of getting a credit for “next time”. The next time they messed up again! The manager told us to call corporate if we want. Then cooperate promised a $15 gift card on a $30 order that never came. This place is trash.

Cleburne tx went in at 11pm monday the 7th of June to pick up and order an employee was behind the counter in her tank top all employees where playing around and cussing. Order took longer then excepted Very rude and unprofessional

Called location in Royal Oak Michigan, waited on hold for 28 minutes no one ever came to the phone! I placed my order on line it said it would be ready at 8: 03 pm. I arrived at 8: 04 my $30 worth of food was ice cold! I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be remade! I will never order food from this location again. The entire staff including the supposed manager was as rude as can be, made every excuse in the book for no one answering the phone and the cold food! Worst experience ever I’ve had with take out order! Would not recommend this location to anyone, it’s worth driving the extra 3-5 miles to another location!

The location in Midlothian Texas is a total $hit show and the funny thing. Nobody in leadership seems to care.

I wish I could rate 0 Stars. The Wingstop in Shelby Township Michigan is the worst run restaurant I have ever seen. On two separate occasions I have gone in there to pick up food, and had to wait 20 minutes once, and a half hour the second time, while employees ending their shift we're having food made for them to take home. This is for orders made online that should have already been ready, not walking in and ordering.

Very poor customer service I will never orde from wing stop again this the second time this has happened at the camp wisdom location on top of that’s it raining it should be at Less a 10 min grace on top of that my order was already made

The wingstop on jefferson and westmoreland zip code 75211 allows there employees drink while there are on the clock and smoke marijuana that is very unprofessional and there food is always cold and the fries are always soggy and cold

This was the most horrible experience I have experienced in my entire life this location in port Arthur Texas store number 8445 memorial Blvd was so rude and unprofessional that they got my order wrong not to mention after I requested to speak to a manager he made an excuse as to why my order was wrong argued with me on the phone and he claimed to be a general manager his name is Chris Anderson also after not wanting to give me a refund he hung up I called back several times no answer then a team member answered the phone and said stop calling the phone b!? $? I’m 38 years old I have never been so angry in my life I ordered the food through door dash called the 1800 customer service number waiting until Monday to take my actions further they refused to give me my money back never go there again asked for his supervisor which he told me was Brandon never heard from him at all either so I’m taking my complaint to higher actions

The worst experience! Why would you do people with a company like door dash that is stealing from you? I order from your website which places my order thru door dash. All of a sudden Barbara B text saying the order has been canceled because you can’t fulfill the order. Well I call and they say she just left. Door dash can’t track her and the staff Daniel lets me know this happens a lot. So I feel like WINGSTOP doesn’t care about their customers. That was $28 I had to go thru hoops to get a conversation about a refund. Plus I still gotta find way to feed my family. By the way the refund doesn’t happen immediately. So doordash has some of my money and my food and you have to refund it all.

Mixed the different flavors I same box. The mango habinero wings had no heat at all. The food was terrible

Order online and when 1 hour had past i called wingstop to see where my food was i am on the phone with them when the driver pull up she ask him why it took so long they are arguing on my phone going back and forth i take the food get ready to eat and the food is cold i call her and tell her she said they were going to refund my money this happen 4/6 today is 6/19 and i have call them they kept telling me its coming i have email corporate nothing wingstop is full of bs

Unfortunately my experiences with Wingstop in Texas specifically have been poor. They have messed up my orders at least twice and the more recent experience involves waiting 45mina for an order while people who ordered way after me in line received the orders. At the half hour mark, I inquired about my order and was told it would be out next 5 mins. When it didn’t come, I explained I would need my refund. The staff explained there was a mix up with my order and when she recited back my order it was completely wrong. Despite the social distancing that is occurring across the county this has to do with operations and poor quality of customer service. I’m not sure if this particular location solely employees teens but perhaps they should consider better training as well as re-examine operations.

I literally waited an hour for my meal at 81st & Lewis Tulsa, Oklahoma, first i asked if my order was ready, I called 20 mins before I went to the restaurant, second I was waited 15 before they asking for names then 10 minutes later they asked again an they didn't have my order to be made, I paid then they put name at the towards the end an then get mine for 30 minutes, I seen at least 10 door dashs an 20 people come an leave before I got my order, I would never rate this store a 1 star but had to in order to make a comment, this franchise needs to set straight by the BBB.

Princeton TX location is awful. Tear it down as quickly as it was put up right along with the poor customer service

Should be named cant get right! 3rd time these Incompetent people couldn't get my very simple orders right. Never ever again 3 strikes your out!

I think wing stop should bring back the hot lemon pepper wings and put that permanently on the menu it’s very popular thing on social media.and they actually are delicious.it’s like the promo was a tease to our taste buds
