Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean while i hope I don't have to have surgery again. If I do I'd like it to be here.

The entire staff was very nice, they all took excellent care of me while I was there. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and to ensure me that they were going to take great care of me before, during and after my procedure.

Every one there was very Respectful an answered any questions I had.
They were very nice family oriented people made us feel at home,
My wife was their with me an they explained everything to her as well
Very Respectful to her also.

This was by far the best medical experience I’ve ever had. From checking in to leaving everyone made you feel very comfortable and very well taken care of. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole experience. I’m not one to trust medical professionals but this place definitely restored my faith in the medical field and I’m very thankful I had the experience of getting the best treatment ever!

It could not have been any better. The entire staff was friendly and professional. There were several people involved in the process. No one in particular stood out as I would rate each one as exceptional. Their demeanor gave me confidence and optimism. They took excellent care of me and made sure I understood how to manage things after the surgery. They answered all of my questions. I am very grateful regarding the entire staff.

There are no sufficient words I can use to express the accolades the staff at Wise Surgical Hospital at Parkway deserve for my recent procedure. While there was a minor snafu concerning the admission paperwork between my doctors office and the hospital causing a slight delay, the hospital staff and the doctors staff stuck to resolving the problem so that my procedure was performed on the day scheduled which was important to me due to medications had to be delayed to have the procedure. During the wait the staff was attentive to my comfort by getting me into a pre-op room so I could rest comfortably in the interim. Literally everyone from Reception, to Pre-Op, to Anesthesia, to surgical suite staff, to Dr Cernigelia.to post op were very professional and were concerned with giving the utmost quality in patient care. My experience from start to finish was a totally pleasant one. If I were to be asked to rate from 1 - 10 it is definitely a 10 for excellent. If ask if I would refer friends or family there the answer is a resound YES! Thanks for everything guys.

The most exceptional hospital experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in until I left post surgery. This team, physicians, nurses, anesthesiologist and care team went above and beyond to show compassion. I have never been cared for in such a way that made such a positive impact. Thank you so much for everything and helping me in such a difficult time.

This is a wonderful facility and the staff and all care givers are wonderful. This was our 2nd surgery here and it was amazing both times. Clean, friendly, helpful. I would say the standards here are set very high and everyone we have interacted with definitely met those standards. Our family will choose this location anytime we need too.

I was very pleased with my experience at wise health surgical hospital parkway. I had an excellent team, who took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I was able to stay calm and relaxed. Thank you for the great care I received.

The billing department is terrible. I called 3 times, on Friday February 24, I left a message and yesterday the 27th I also called and they never returned my call. I had to call my doctor's office so they would call me back. I almost lost today's surgery February 28th. The service is extremely expensive and the service from the billing department is the worst I have ever experienced. I would not go back.

All the nurses and the anesthesiologist were very kind and thoughtful. They helped me feel at ease for my surgery.

My Mom had surgery on her foot and everyone was so nice and professional throughout the entire process. They took such good care of her and followed up later to make sure she was okay and didn’t need anything else. We definitely recommend them. I had a laminectomy and discectomy on the L5 S1 region of my spine here and was happy with the entire process. All of the staff and my doctor were kind and helpful and I never had a worried or negative feeling. I would never want to have to do it again because I don't want to be injured again, but if it should happen, I will happily choose "Wise-ly" again. Sorry not sorry for the corny dad joke.:)

My mother had a lead replacement there and we were little concerned w the hosp because it was the first time there. But we were so grateful for all the staff since we just walked in they welcome us so nicely and my mother start feeling less nervous.
