I ran out of gas in front of the building so I walked inside and after being greeted I explained my situation, they were quick to lend a helping hand. A beautiful family with great hospitality!

I will never shop wise honda.
First trip they tried to charge $150 for an empty gas can because they thought i was a noob. Pretending not to know the actual price. 2nd trip I thought I'd overlook the 1 salesman who was shady a year later. My mistake. Still garbage customer service.

This an exceptional dealership to do business with. Mike took care of the my Monkey purchase beginning with the initial phone call and concluding with he loading and securing the bike. I very appreciate him and the employees I interacted with. Thank you Mike and colleagues.

I recently purchased a new Zero Turn riding mower from Wise Honda Outdoor Power after visiting just about every outdoor power supplier in a 45 miles radius. The sales team was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and helped me find the right mower for my needs. The transaction was smooth and their communication was great. They even offered to let me borrow a trailer to get the mower home. Great service all around! Will definitely be back for my other lawn equipment needs!

If i could do 10 stars, i would. Everyone was super nice and cool. The mechanic Colten? Fast as hell. Dude helped out and had my bike done and fixed faster than Biden can finish a simple sentence. These guys rock.

Don’t know where to start with this one. Experience, and service was off the chart from the beginning to the end. We wanted to rent an affordable mid level skid steer from them and when they said they only had the largest most powerful one, they offered it to me at the rate of the smaller one. Already off to a very generous start. It showed up clean that evening but after running it for a bit it had an overheating problem (that was later fixed for that unit). I gave them a call and the owner came back with a new machine to swap it out. My place is 25 minutes away and the owner personally made 2 trips there and back for us in the same evening. Most companies would absolutely push it back to the following morning. Just an incredible experience start to finish. I will be using them for all of my equipment rental needs. I strongly suggest you do too!

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. They are not pushy on selling you their product. Hands down great service, and love they helped filling out warranty packet. New customer for life, love this place.

Very knowledgeable staff great place about everything in between my friend bought a CRF 450 RL here for a great price. I was even offered a great deal on a 2023 CRF 450 rx.

When in to get parts for mower I bought. Place was clean. People went overboard to help. Took me out back and showed how and what I needed. Fantastic service and really went out of their way to help! Not many places like this left. Even in Decatur!

I bought two bikes from Wise Honda and had great service both times. A few years later I needed parts for my son’s pit bike but had difficulty finding them. The whole staff helped troubleshoot the issues, found parts and went way above and beyond making sure I was taking care of. I will continue to go back.

Brought my mower in for warranty work. Sense the mower was there. I went ahead and had them change the oil as well. They quoted a price before starting the work. I went and picked it up today, and the price was higher than quoted. They reviewed the quote and honored the original quote. Which was really great and a rare thing these days! Honest people here, I will return for any and all service I need for small engine items I have. Maybe the wife will let me buy a side by side from them too

Brought some go carts and zero turn mower in for service, found out the zero turn was nothing but a big paper weight and started looking for a new mower. Found an Ariens mower that would fit our needs and the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. Then we decided we needed a new side by side (this is still the same visit) and they worked us a deal for both and now well…. We have both. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair, I’ll keep my money local and deal with these guys!
